When Cara arrives home, Mason is awaiting her by the door.

When she sees him, she plastered a forced smile, "Hey, how long have you been waiting for my return?"

Hands in his pockets, he watches her with an unreadable expression.

"What? What's wrong? Are you angry?" She inquired as she approached him.

"No! But i got the news about Eris, that must have shocked you!" He said, concern for her reflecting in his eyes.

She froze for a brief second then relaxed and finally stand before him, "how did you know?"

"I think all of Oak city knows about it by now!" He responded, reaching for her hands and giving her a gentle squeeze,

"Are you okay?"

She paused then sighed, shaking her head tearfully, "no, no i'm not okay! We just got married!"

She fall into his arms. He hugs her protectively.

"What do i do Mason? How can i stop this?" She pulled away.
