The Fear Of The Altar Villagers

Chiro did not know how to kill a criminal Ryuusei and Chiro knew if he asked Ryuusei he would not tell how he killed, while Chiro was walking in the village he accidentally heard some people talking about Ryuusei and the ability to kill him.     

Some people say that Ryuusei killed by reciting an incantation and the person he was going to kill died instantly, Chiro became even more curious about how Ryuusei killed.   

"I wonder how Ryuusei killed? ... there are people who say he killed using a book and then cast a spell?"  

 Then Chiro also tried to find out how Ryuusei killed and then he asked Ryuusei.  

"Hey, how do you kill those bad guys?"   

 Ryuusei did not answer the question because he did not want anyone to know how he killed.

Then the days passed the crime rate in Altar village also declined thanks to Ryuusei, because the villagers were afraid of Ryuusei, they finally expelled Ryuusei from the village, and Chiro tried to remind Ryuusei that he had to be able to control his killing ability.   

  "You have to be able to control your ability    

 "Huh, do you think I can't control it? ... of course I can control it!".

   "The villagers are starting to get scared if you can't control your ability"   

  "Don't you believe I can control it? ... Alright if I will leave this village but remember one day I will rule this village!"  

 Then Ryuusei left the village and had a goal of controlling Altar village.
