Chapter 42 - Sparring, Losing, Winning?

"Are you going to keep looking at the ground?" asked Evelynn as she was now a few steps away from Darius.

Hearing the closeness of her voice, Darius didn't lose any time as he slowly started to move away from her by turning his back.

He knew that turning his body away from her was dangerous but he still did it as he was confident that he would be able to react if he ever felt any sort of danger from behind him.

He had experience in fighting against others and he wasn't sure that a succubus was the best at it, she could charm people but in terms of pure fighting skills, she was probably not that great.

Seeing that Darius started to run away from her, she couldn't help but release a small giggle as she continued to walk after him not going any faster

She knew that he would at some point need to fight her as he simply couldn't keep running around.

'Can I actually fight without looking at her?' thought Darius as he was running away from her.
