Becoming a adventurer

The palace seems more luxurious when i was walking more furthur.

There were lots of job stations and guilds.

There was even local fighting arena where elves were sparring.

When we followed the path till end, there was a giant castle infront of us.

We came near the giant gate made of wood, there were 2 elves besides the gate wearing Armor and spears on thier hands. I think they were guardians of the gate.

One of the guard came near us asked for pass to enter the royal castle but looking at the girl besides me a little bit carefully who was the princess, they got shocked to see her outside the castle.

"Oh! Sorry princess. Your highness are waiting for your arrival."

They both bowed down and let us pass through.

When we crossed the giant gate there was a path leading to the castle.

We were walking while i was looking around amazed by the surrounding.

There was garden besides the path with many kind of flower growing in flower pots.

There was even a fountain between the big path which was flowing with clear blue water and somehow i was able to sense some magic energy from it.

The castle was a giant white building with clear white walls and blue roof and flags placed on top of them.

The flags had the mark of bow made of golden leaf.

We entered the castle through a medium sized doorway and there were servants and maids standing besides the path and were kneeling.

The path was leading towards a upstairs, when we were in mid stairs i started to feel 5 strong presence a little further.

When we finished walking the stairs, there was a red carpet leading forward.

The carpet was looking beautiful too with fine fabric and golden ornaments to make it even more beautiful.

Well, besides that there were many weapons and armours placed left side of the carpet in a row like it was kept to show off the wealth and power of the palace.

The armour and weapons weren't looking as much good as my Elemental sword but even a amateur can tell those weapons and armours are of high quality and buffed with lots of skills.

There were big chandeliers hanging on the ceilings which were made of blue crystals which were shining so much that even one of the chandelier can light up a dark cave.

When we followed the carpet till end there was another big gate with 2 guards guarding it. Were the presence i felt that time were these guys?

The two guards nodded after looking at the princess and opened the gate and the gate slowly started to open.

"Don't be impolite infront of them you understand!"

Well, yea i nodded since there almost 5 strong presence inside this room so even if i act impolite infront of them i think there will be someone who will get offended so i will try my best to not make them angry on me.

When the gate opened the first thing i saw was there were 2 thrones with enhanced jewels on it and in left throne there was a male elf sitting without any expression.

He had masculine figure with slim body and if i judge him in human age he would be around 20-28. He had a rough hair with silver color and a short ponytail. His face was normal if i say so compared to male superstars in my world.

He was wearing a black robes and warrior gloves which was suiting him and a sword with golden handle was taking support besides the throne.

Looks like he is a warrior or swordsman, the sword itself was emitting a huge aura around itself.

While he had a pool of energy around him almost emitting fire.

And in the right side throne, there was a female elf sitting quietly having a small smile on her face.

She had a slender and attractive body with a beautiful face which made her more attractive and beautiful.

Besides her throne was a golden long staff with a black sphere on top of it.

The long staff had a huge energy around it too but not comparable to the male elf and female elf.

The long staff energy was emitting few black smokes around it and looks like female elf had more energy around herself then the male elf which almost looked like a strong wind was enveloping her body to protect her.

So the male elf must be king and a warrior and the female elf must be queen and a mage right?

When i looked around there were many seats and old male and female elves were sitting on it.

There was even a male elf wearing enchanted armour and having a sword in his waist and he was even sitting near the king and queen, well he must be thier personal body guard.

Alice pinched my arm and bowed down, i think she wants me to bow down as well.... Well, let's just do it.

After i bowed down the king stood up from his throne.

"So, you young hero must be the one who killed the Earthworm General, am i right?"

What? Earthworm General? Don't tell me the earthworm i killed previously had some kind of special rank or something?

"Well, for whatever reason you killed that earthworm general you have contributed your support on helping our citizens. So i will grant you anything if i am capable of it."

Uhh what? I helped the citizens of elf kingdom?

And i can ask anything i want from the king himself!!

"Can i ask what do you mean by protecting the citizens?"

I have to clear out something's first.

"Well, the earthworm general you killed was very evil and everytime it entered our forest it started to kill surrounding creatures, naturally it includes our clan elf species too and since i am the king of our clan i can't just leave my palace and go to other places or else it will create opportunities for other elf clan kings to attack us and gain the land and resources. And since there aren't much strong fighters in our clan we can't even send our strong fighters to the local villages as reinforcement and by killing the earthworm general you have saved many Elves from getting killed by that tyrant monster.

Well i myself wanted to test that creature fighting capability but i have responsibility here so i couldn't. Well there's your answer now tell what thing you want as granted?"

What?? I did a good thing by killing that earthworm, now let's think about what should i ask..... Oh ya!

"So.... Um how about you let me stay in your kingdom for a while?"

The king,queen and the princess had a suprised expression

"Uhhh that's it?"

The king asked after a while..... I nodded after him.

"Well then you can stay in one of the houses in local village, we will provide you a medium sized house and rest Alice can tell you so don't worry about other things now you may go explore the kingdom."

After that Alice stood up and left the castle and i followed her.

When we met outside she told me about items, currency,jobs,ranks,base etc etc.

She even gave me A pouch which contained 10 Shining Golden coins which had golden bract symbol carved on it and a map of the kingdom and a golden badge with golden leaf symbol marked on it to explore around without any problem.

I think that badge must be approval of me getting the permission to explore the kingdom as guest from the royalty itself.

I visited many workplaces and shops, there were many workplaces like weaponsmith, fishermen, builders, restaurants,meat seller,enchanter, healer etc etc while there were shops for potions,herbs,weapons,tools,clothes, enchanted books, cooked foods, raw items etc etc.

I visited restaurant and bought some soft bread and crimson strawberry jam which only cost me 8 bronze coins which had normal bract symbol marked on it.

While i was paying i discord currency used in this kingdom and it seems every country has thier own currency so for this country currency were like this if i compare them to currency from my world :-

What the heck!!! I know you guys must be shocked as heck after looking at those zero's but i am at same condition too!!

And the restaurant manager even told me ranks of the coins and since the Alice gave 10 shining gold bract coin, it must mean it's very valuable so i should not waste this on unnecessary things.

When i payed a single Shining Golden bract coin to the manager just for food which was equal to bronze bract coin, he had plain and a little irritated expression on his face.

Well it was inevitable since i was paying a very high price just for a soft bread and crimson strawberry juice which could have been bought with shiny bronze bract coin, now he was struggling to find leftover change to give back from the shining gold bract coin i gave.

Well i stopped him and said him to put the shining gold bract coin in pending list so i could come by and eat food with the money which is in pending and the manager thought it a little bit and asked permission from higher ups of the restaurant he agreed too, well that settles it, i will have to eat from this restaurant for while untill i purchase everything with my shining gold bract coin i gave.

Well that's just leaves a job since i am will eventually get bored and will have nothing to do and i don't want to become lazy and fat if i get attached to the coins too much.

I explored more and found a guild which was large enough as a modern building from my world.

There were totally so many Elves roaming around there with many kind of elves too, there were dark elves among the normal elves.

And i have even heard dark elves are stronger and smarter then normal elves from fiction.com from my world, looks like reading about mythical creatures for fun really became usefull!

When i looked at the decorations of the guild, i think i will give it 5/10 since it's pretty normal if i compare it to the guilds i have seen in animes in my previous world.

The guild had classy structure as same as other anime or novels guild with a flag attached at bottom of the wall with a bow made of leaf overlapping a iron sword.

I entered the guild and first thing i saw was there were many different types and kinds of elves, like some were fat, masculine,slender,ugly, beautiful, attractive etc etc.

A little further there was a giant table which shaped like a arc with a women sitting behind it on a seat made up of wood.

She must be one of the most attractive thing about a guild in my previous, a Very Attractive and Hot guild girl with big breast!! Honestly this was one of the reasons of every male from my world to become a adventurer in rpg games.

People mostly made lots of meme over it and it became a very hot topic too!

Well the guild girl in this guild was slender with beautiful face and body structure, not forgetting those medium sized breast which were comparable to queens breast.

I got a little lost in my dreams for a while untill a male elf pushed me forward since i was standing still near the entrance of the guild, honestly that was a little embarrassing.

Well mostly elves don't interact with humans but it wasn't a problem since i had the bade which i got from Alice which i had equiped it on the right chest side of my robe which Alice gave me.

I came near the registration table where elves were registering their names in the guild and where the guild girl was,there were 5 more elves infront of the line so it took a little time, while i was waiting i noticed they had a card in thier hand while returning, must be profile card or something.

When my turn came which i was very excitedly waiting... The guild girl introduced herself first, her name was roserine, after that she took out a card from a box and it seems the card had a little bit energy in it.

"Ok, here is the card, now you just have to transfer your energy in this card untill it gets filled with information. You can go to waiting room and transfer your energy in since it takes atleast 10 minutes to fill it with energy, after filling it with energy you may return here for guild tocken and to know your rank!"

Well ,she is straightforward. I got out from the line since there were still elves behind the line.

I went to waiting room and sat on a wooden chair and looked at the card, the card had details like name,age,guild,stats,rank. And it seems the card can be customised with coins too.

Well, i started to transfer my energy in the card slowly in name bar my name started to appear Name :- SPARX. After a while it started to show, finnally i will know my age in this world! Age :- 15. What?? My age decreased?? Is this some kind of isekai thingy? Well i haven't read anything happening like this in any novel i have read in my previous world.

Let's pour more energy Guild name :- Elves domain, well that's a flashy name right there.

Now i think it will show my stats in the big box provided. Well i haven't checked my stats for so long.

Hp : 50

Attack : 16

Defence : 18

Special attack : 27

Special defence : 29

Umm i think it only stats and nothing else, like when i use stats it shows titles too, well not that i have any title in first place. Well now the only thing left is rank, i think i have to go back to that long line again to get my rank.

I again had to wait for 5 minutes since there were lots of elves infront of me, after my turn came i was given the lowest rank E since i was a newbie adventurer. When i asked how can i increase my rank, the answer was by doing quests and she even told me the direction for where the quest board was.

And it seems like i was only allowed to take the quests of my rank, which means i can only take quests with c rank on them but there were some quests which were made for those are very hasty to increase thier ranks. The "special quests" which were a little bit harder then the normal quests of its rank, a special quest is wayyy harder then a normal quest but it grants more rank points, guild scores and awards, and did i said that i need rank points to increase my rank? Well even i told let me say again, after i take intrest on a quest i have to take take that quest to the reception where the guild girl was and show it to her to verify if anyone took that quest before me or not. If the quest doesn't have any active people who are doing it then i get bonus extra benifits for being the first one to accept it, then my guild card is taken for a while and the guild girl swipes my card against a purple stone which registers my name in the participation of the quest.

I took a special quest obviously since there is a another benifits of it where i get more guild scores with which i can purchase or trade items in the guild.

The special quest i took was to gather 3 rainbow petals flower which was supposed to be very rare in this country and was helpful in creating potions and antidote and you maybe thinking why i took such a lame quest where i just have to collect rainbow petals? But i dont have much choice this quest was under special quest catagory and was providing 500 rank points and 400 guild score which was wayy better then normal quests which were providing just 50~100 guild score and rank points.

After 3 hours i found the last rainbow petals flower, obviously it wasn't that easy to find them since wherever it grows it attracts many 4 legged wild animals or monsters around it with its smell Which are only seen or sensed by monsters. While i finding them, a horde of monsters attacked him in process tho my skills leveled up as well.

Well after collecting the rainbow petals flower i went to guild and submitted the rainbow petals flower in submition area where there was a old male elf with little bit long white beard and wrinkles all around his face and was wearing normal dress according to elves.

Well when i gave the items to him, he took out a magnifying glass which i think was enchanted and was into the items through the magnifying glass. If i guess correctly,he was checking if the items were real or not.

After a while the old man confirmed it was real he took out a list of quests paper to which quest request i was doing, he took a little while but he found out the quest request i completed and after looking at the award, he took out a box containing little cards and gave me two cards in one yellow card there was 500 rank points and in other blue card 400 guild score written.i suppose i have to give this to the guild girl in reception.

When i gave those 2 cards to the guild girl she asked my profile card for a while and just as i suspected, she took both card swiped it near my profile card wich after a while, my profile card got a new section with Guild scores :- 400 and Rank points :- 500.

Well after that she returned my profile card back with a smile.

Now, i am super hyped!!! I can't wait to do those monster hunting i have seen in anime from my previous world.
