"Levi! I'll die right.".

"damn". Levi wokedup breathless of his bed as started breathing calmly!

"why do I keep having this dream". He sighed as ruffled his hair.

After mere minutes , Levi finished his bath and made breakfast!

"mother, let's eat". He called as she got up of sewing machine and sat in the table!

She was calme and cold gestured as she started eating silently!

"mother, today ill be gone for work!". He said as she didn't move an inch or give an eye contact with her son!

"then take care! I've made food for you". He said with smile as he' seem used to her actual status!

Time skips until Levi reached the city and entered the hospital, dressed in his doctor uniform and covered his hair with bone "the operation room is ready." he asked as the nurse nod!

He entered the bathroom and washed his hands as the nurse wore him the operation block uniform "we Are ready doctor". The nurse said as he nod and entred the operation room!

The operation gone smooth and easy at half hour with his fast and professional moves it gone to a successful try!

"hum that's our number one doctor". The director said as he's besides the president watching over Levi's operation!

"I'll pick him to my operation". The president said as the director turned confused "but Sr!".

"is there a problem". The president asked as the director coughed "he's different than any other doctor! He chooses his patients! Besides he never does an operation for money! He's at the section of charity, and he doesn't accept orders".

"what? You mean he wouldn't do me an operation?". The president said in glare "let me meet him".

Levi finished the operation and headed inside his rest room and laid!

Suddn knocks rang In the door as he opened.

"W-well doctor I'm sorry I know it's Forbidden to knock in your free time unless there's an urgent". The nurse said in stammer as can't face Levi's cold gaze!

"then what's the urgent event?". Levi asked!

"well! The president wants to meet you the director sent me himself to inform you since the president in the elevator now". She said as Levi smirked "so he's just telling me! Not taking my desicion replay".

The nurse turned silent as Levi shutted the door in her face!

Levi picked his cellphone and made call "listen I won't let this pass! And what you just did is rules provoker to our deal and I definitely refuse meeting that old pig!".

"Levi son! Do it for me! You know he could close our hospital! And for the people that needs you". The director said in frustration!

"you are saying I should fear him? I fear nobody and nothing and I'm still able to follow my goals away". He said as the door gone wide opened "ehm is there doctor Levi."  the president said as entered!

"is this what you were taught to behave like when you are inside a doctor's office or perhaps your mother didn't learn you the principles, if we want to meet a doctor we first apply for an appointment and then wait for the accordance, then the doctor can accept to see your old stinky face ". Levi said coldly with non stop as he's in rage!

The president gone silent as his guards were shocked!

" are you aware to who I'm? ". The president asked!

" I've no time for that! It's my break time! Out". Levi said as laid in sofa!

"I'll show the director". The president said in rage as he went out!

As the evening arrived! Levi dressed in his suit then gone back to his home walking in feet!

"the sugar candy is here". A seller called as Levi raised his eyes up staring at it "um I'll take one." he said as bought it!

As he reached home, he opened the door and entered as the darkness filling the whole house!

Levi switched lights on and walked through the kitshen and put the stuff he bought , then removed his shoes and washed his hands!

" mother im back". He said as smiling then entered his room and changed into pyjamas then headed to her room!

"sitting quietly! I'm back". He said as sat besides her and held her hand!

She was freezing in her place with emotionless glint As he put the candy in her hand "your fav isn't it?". He said as grinning meanwhile she made no reaction!

He opened the candy and put it in her mouth as she licked it!

He smiled softly as watching her!

After minutes he was fallen asleep in her lap as she started rubbing his hair softly, and weakly!
