The Restaurant (2)

With Loki Familia main force along with Loki herself coming in, they drew the attention away from Kon, much to his pleasure. With them coming in, it was normal and with the stares Bete called them all out.

Bete: "What are yall looking at? Huh?" And with that they went back to their own private conversations, though some kept whispers about Kon about.

Kon decided to focus on the menu, and finally choosing something, liked at Eevee who was also looking at the menu with him. With the two of them finally ready, they told Bell what they wanted. Since he was the only one that could see and hear them.

Bell waived down Syr to tell her the orders and she was even more curious about the two that joined Bell.

Kon however, now with peoples focus on others was starting to feel a little more comfortable with being there. However he chose not to undo the light magic that hid both him and Eevee.

That was when he was started paying attention to others in the restaurant. Particularly to the Loki Familia, but mainly to two of them. Bete and Ais, they kept looking over at the table they were at, sensing something there but not being able to put a finger on what it is. Same went for Riveria since she was sensitive to the flow of magic due to her heritage.

Finally the food came to the table and they started to eat. However, since Kon didn't want people to see them he also made their food disappear too, for both him and Eevee.

The three of Loki Familia members took notice of this but decided to just keep an eye, since it's not hostile. And Loki took notice also, but decided to just watch and observe.

Finally after things started just be lively again, Kon saw that most people were minding their own business and the only ones paying any attention to them were the waitresses and the few from Loki Familia. He decided to remove them spell and came back to a visible state for everyone. They're little pop back in gave those in Loki Familia a little startle. Kon's eyes were still a mixture between Orange and Blue, but as time kept going his other eye started to swirl with less Orange and more Blue.

They didn't fo anything for now though. Trying to decide how to interact with Kon without him either running off or turning them away. They were focused on Kon, and too focused as others in the restaurant that were paying attention to them started looking at where they were looking over at constantly.

Kon whose eyes were almost completely Blue was starting to be feeling a lot more gazes again.

He looked around and started seeing a lot of the people here started staring at him again. The eyes started shifting again into a Dull Orange, and he started squirming.

Before he could disappear again though Riveria got up and walked over to their table of all people. Kon watched as she did as did everyone else. Kon watched with Yellow and Orange eyes. Interested in the High Elf and what she's going to do, but also worried about all the stares they're getting.

When she sat down though, he noticed everyone looking at them, and decided to go invisible again regardless of everyone there. He only let himself be seen by Riveria and Bell.

Riveria: "Fancy seeing you here, and your little friend Eevee too. And who might you be?" She said looking towards Bell.

Bell: "I'm Bell." He said almost as fidgety as Kon is feeling. Not sure why as to one of the strongest adventurers in the Loki Familia is talking with him.

Riveria: "Well we had a run in with Kon here before, and we never really got to finish it before he ran off. Though we don't really know where he ran off too that is. Speaking of which, Kon did you have a place to stay last night?" Her motherly instinct coming out. She realized that Kon might not have a place to stay since he isn't from here and will most likely be on the streets.

Kon: "I stayed on top of the Tower. It was cozy." Kon said, and since only Riveria and Bell could hear and see him they were the only ones to react.

Riveria: "On top of the Tower? You mean Babel?" And with that Loki who was overhearing jumped out her seat in surprise.

Loki: "You mean that the one with the music playing was you squirt?!" She shouted, getting the attention of even Mama Mia, who was looking at her irritated. She sat right back down and pretended nothing had happened. Riveria though had a look of confusion on her face about it.

Kon: "Oh, you mean my chimes and such, yeah, if you were at the top then that was me." Kon said, having his eyes completely turn into both Yellow and Blue respectively. He had finally been distracted enough to have himself invest into the conversation with people he somehow felt comfortable with. And with that sub-consciously disable to the light magic making himself and Eevee seen again.

He didn't think much of it, but just was invested into the conversation now. Loki now able to see him decided to ask him questions directly.

Loki: "So if you were the one playing that music on top of the Tower, how did you even get up there. You're not a part of Freya Familia are you?" She said with a worried tone. She had heard what she could first hand from her own Children, so she knew slightly what he was capable of, and when he said to them he came from the Tower she thought maybe from Freya after saying he was on top of the Tower.

Kon just shook his head though. "I'm not a part of any Familia. I'm by myself with Eevee, it's just the two of us." He said with a smile and laughed a little bit, grabbing Eevee who was eating still, and she was a little irritated having her food gone while she was eating. Though that didn't last long after Kon was laughing.

Everyone else however had mixed emotions about it. Everyone who knew what he had said before was either curious or sad for them. And Bell even was having the urge to just watch out for them. Riveria though was having it the hardest with her motherly instinct coming out again. Though she could see he was fine, she was more worried about his mental state. Someone that 'young' in her eyes shouldn't be alone, even if the other person was strong like him.

However before she could think, Riveria reached out and started to pat Kon's head. Kon himself felt it but just started to giggle regardless of the state of his hair. She was about to ask him something important but before she could, Kon got up quick.

Kon: "I just forgot, I was wanting to check out this thing I was gonna try. Eevee, are you good?" He said looking at Eevee and seeing her nod. He then shot out of the seat and looked at Bell. "Thanks Bell, it's been fun and everything. I hope what I gave you will help out with the costs for me and Eevee. Oh, though before I forget. Here." And with that he started to think of Earth magic and Elemental magic, not the Air/Water/Fire/Earth but periodic table. He had wanted to be a chemist in his last life and was really interested in chemistry, and blowing things up.

And with that also again came with all the branches. He held his hands out and made these pair silver like daggers for him. "Just wanted to say thanks and help ya out for a bit. Those should last ya a long time. They won't rust or degrade very easily." Though he didn't tell him the other little things he added into them. He didn't want people going after him for some weapons like that.

Just some slight enchantments while making them. With him learning the magic to change the Elements he found out about enchantments, since different materials had different properties it also correlated to different enchantments having different effects. He just thought again back to the thing about '6 Steps to Kevin Bacon.'

Kon: "I'm gonna head out now, stay safe Bell. You too Riveria." He said while leaving her in complete shock as to what she just witnessed. Eevee realizing he was wanting to go back to the dungeon quick jumped onto his back since it was facing her, and nuzzled his face. He giggled since it tickled. Then he sped out of there, leaving everyone watching with their jaws dropped to the floor. Though Loki Familia not so much as they were starting to get used to him along with Bell.
