MEETING A NEW FAMILY PART: 3

Cold wind blew as a little boy ran after a man in deep fog at night .

The boy kept on shouting daddy daddy but the man was past hearing the little boys cry's then suddenly the man stops and says something in Spanish " LA VIDA DESPUÉS DE LA MUERTE " meaning

OPEN THE GATES OF LIFE AFTER THE DEATH suddenly a gate appears before him with nothing on its front or back just a big gate and it looked really old but it was really big and when the man went inside it the gate vanished before the little boys eyes living him in shock .

I suddenly woke up with a sound of thud and saw my both hands covered with cold sweat Ahh its the same dream again I said to myself when I looked up I saw mom along with grandpa , grandma , Ellie , Andrew and both the twins hovering around my bed . 

I got confused and asked where I was .

Mom sighed and led out tears as she held my hand 

Ohh honey you are in a hospital .

Hospital why so I asked (with a confused expression ) .

Ohh my son you had a bad accident last night but it's okay now you were taken to the hospital right away and thank god you didn't got any serious injuries replied grandpa while smiling .

Y-Yeah I remember now I had a fight with mom and t-then I ran out of the house and didn't notice that I ran infront of a car and then everything whent black I said while wiping my mom's tears .

Then grandpa looked at me really carefully and I asked me him if anything was wrong and he asked "My son do you have nightmares" .

Everyday and it's the same nightmare it never leaves me alone I replied ( with a single breath) .

I knew it you saw the gate didn't you he asked while smiling .

Yeah I did and there something written on it too but I couldn't see it clearly I replied ( with a confused expression) .

Ohh my lad you are the chosen one I knew it you are his son aren't you he asked with a bright smile .

I didn't got the chance to reply as mom got really angry with his question .

Stop this nonsense I told you not to tell him I don't want to loose him like his father who do you think you are telling my child what he doesn't need to know she replied .

Whoa mom what nonsense 

Grandpa do you know my dad and what happened to him can you tell me please because she never told me anything about him .

Ohh honey it's nothing said mom while she smiled at me .

Stop it mom with your secrets I'm so tired of them if you can't tell me I'll ask him ( while pointing at grandpa ) right you would tell me I said with teary eyes .

I have been miserable my whole life without my dad and you kept it to yourself never told me anything about him you were never there for me and you never let me know anything about my own dad why mom why I asked while holding her hands tightly as tears fell down my eyes .

Ohh honey I'm sorry it was for your safety and I can't risk loosing you and I do miss him badly everyday without him my life has been so hard but I couldn't let you go I'm sorry Max I'm sorry she said while hugging me tight .

But now I'm old enough you can tell me please why do I have this nightmare everyday I can't sleep at night I'm so tired please mom please just tell me the truth I said while wiping my tears off .

Well I guess you are grown enough to take care of yourself and I will tell you the truth but first get well look at yourself you have badly injured your head and also fractured your left arm she said while moving away .

Then you'll have to promise that you would tell me when I get better I asked her with a low voice and she nodded in agreement .

Then I was finally discharged form the hospital and we went back home and grandpa and the others went back to thier home .

I rested for sometime than at lunch time I went down and saw that Mr Han had made many dishes for me .

I happily went inside and after lunch I went to the library to read when suddenly I heard the bell rang I went to the gate and when I opened it I saw Ellie was standing outside with some flowers .

Are these for me I asked her while taking them form her hands .

I'm sorry Zain for what happened to you she said with a deep voice .

But its not your fault it was I who ran infront of a car and besides you were there at the hospital the whole time for me and I'm really greatfull to you all I said with a smile .

Ohh it's nothing it's just that can we walk outside the weather is really pleasant todaysge said while pointing outside .

I nodded in agreement and went with her .

The weather was quite good with cold breeze coming form every direction and the clouds flowing with the wind from one place to another .

But Ellie didn't look happy at all something was triggering her thoughts when I asked her she said that it was about my nightmares and she said that she might know my dad but she wouldn't tell me until she was sure .

So I didn't ask her much and we silently walked on the street then after sometime we both went home .
