Chapter 1

On earth, home of the humans, there is one particular human that hasn't got anything special about him. His name is Ben. He is the average 9-5 office worker, who occasionally reads fanfics, that is barely able to scrape by on what little money he has for himself. But today that was about to change.

Ben walked down the street on his way to work when suddenly he disappeared. Or rather he teleported. Ben was the human that the mysterious god picked to be taken to the nearest legacy but first he appeared in front of this colossal ball of light and energy.

"Hey there little human, I have decided to reincarnate you in a new world" Called out a voice from somewhere.

"Who are you? Where am I?"

"Calm down, I'm @&!?%*# and yes I know you can't here my name so just call me… Bobert or just Rob for short. Thirdly, you are in my domain which, before you ask, is a physical representation of my power. And you are here to be sent to another world"

"Uh… why?"

"You were randomly picked out of a list of people that were near death and wasn't particularly enjoying there life" said Bobert before continuing "You will be granted a unique ability. It's sort of like system that you have read in fanfictions but not. It's the ability to record powers, magic, and other such things into an "Library Network". It allows you to record abilities and knowledge gathered yourself and others by connecting to them at your will, to share abilities to the Library to which everyone connected can use. For example someone can use a spell that you can't but if they are connected then you can then use it because they are sharing their experience and knowledge of that spell with you. This also means that the more things about abilities is discovered, information is automatically collected."

"Wow that is a lot of information already. Will people connected know that I am from a different reality? And, What universe am I going to?"

"No people wouldn't know that you are from a different universe unless you tell them which gives me a good time to say that the Library does stop anyone from reading your thoughts and memories. Secondly, you are going to a modified Harry Potter world as Harry Potter himself. The world will consist of more magical abilities than shown in the books and movies such as more spells and different types of magic such as formula magic, sun magic etc. You will be reincarnated as Harry just before he goes through platform 9 and 3/4 so I guess it's more of a transmigration than actual reincarnation. Oh well. I will be watching over you. Bye"

And just like that Ben was reincarnated/transmigrated before he could get another word said.
