Chapter 20

“Sure. I’ll have lunch with you guys.”

Louise turned around and found out it was Miguel. Her smiling face suddenly turned into a neutral one. Miguel also noticed it and was hurt because Louise seemed to be disappointed of what she saw.

“Oh, Miguel you’re here.”

“May I join you for lunch?” Miguel asked.

“Uhmm, I’ll have lunch with Zach and…” Louise could not finish here sentence.

“Sean? It’s okay you can say it to me.”

“You can have lunch with us.” Sean showed up in the scene. Louise could not say anything because Miguel might feel bad if she refuse.

“Thanks.” Miguel shortly replied with a smile.

While they are walking to the cafeteria, Louise and Sean was talking while Miguel was just kind of following them like he was some sort of a third wheel. As he was looking at them he remembered that they we’re that close before everything happened. And now that he’s back, Louise is doing similar things to someone who is not him.
