Liam opened her eyes abruptly.

Finally, she was out in that murky place.

However, she was stunned to see Rein's worried golden eyes that were just a few centimeters away from her.

"Liam!"

He hugged her tightly.

"???" 

'What was happening?'

"While you were sleeping our spiritual link was suddenly cut off. You are by my side, however, I can't sense you at all..." Rein said depressedly as he hugged her tightly.

"Oh... I actually, ah no, my soul went to some place." Liam explained. She tried to get away from his hug.

"I figured...It was like when you awakened. However, for a moment, when I didn't sense you, I got nervous..." 

"..."

"So please just let me hug you for a bit..." Rein almost buried Liam into his chest.

Liam: "..." You're not trying to suffocate me to death, aren't you?

She put her hand on his back and patted him, "There, there. I am still here. Alive and beautiful."
