"Amara! Open this fucking door! I know you're in there, open this or else..." I cut myself off, when I hear the door suddenly open.

"What are you doing here Gavin?" She raised her eyebrow, "Please  don't make any scene at the middle of the night." Amara calmly said.

"Where's Chloe? I know that your  hiding her."

"Gavin Please listen to me, can you please calm down first? Caleb and Ezra might hear you." She glared at me.

"How can I be so fucking calm knowing that my daughter is missing? Huh? Please tell me how to keep calm in a situation like this." I brushed my hair using my fingers

She pulled me towards the Garden.

"Caleb said that Chloe might ran away since the day she was missing." She whispered.

"And you believe him? Unbelievable Amara! Oh great, off course you'll believe him immediately. Your to easy to be fooled by those people around you Amara! Think about it, Chloe didn't ran away even once when we were still together as a family." I proudly said.

"Maybe Chloe had a problem and she didn't even told me about it because I was so busy with our business, maybe Ezra was right? What if she just needs some time to be alone for a while that's why she left?" Amara looks worried now.

"Do you hear yourself Amara?

Chloe is a smart girl! She wont do that! She will not run away, Chloe is Missing!"

"Amara! Hon, where are you?" Caleb asked in a husky voice.

"I'm just here at the Garden hon, I just need some fresh air." Amara yelled.

"Gavin you should hide! Caleb might see you." Amara said nervously.

She pushed me behind the mango tree. After that Caleb showed up.

"Hon, why are you here?" Caleb asked.

"I just need to breath, I need some fresh air." Amara answered.

"Is it because of Chloe?" Caleb asked.

"Yes, I'm just getting worried. What if she's not eating? What if she can't sleep at night? She needs me Caleb."

"Chloe is fine, believe me she just need time to think, she needs some space just give it to her. Don't think to much it's bad for your mental health, Chloe will comeback anytime soon." Caleb tapped my shoulders.

I was disgusted that's why I went out to punched Caleb's face.

"You fucking asshole! You have the guts to say that because your daughter is here!" I also kicked his testicles.

"Fuck, it hurts! Why are you here? What are you doing here cheater? You already left them, do you even remember that you don't have any rights since the day you cheated on her."

I badly want to punched him again but Amara stopped me.

"Can you please stop it Gavin? Just go away! I'll call you when Chloe's finally home, She will comeback just go home you shouldn't be here." Amara glared at me.

"How many times do I have to say this? I didn't cheated on her! I'm not polygamous like you Caleb! Don't act like you're sensible." I smirk before walking away.

I opened the drivers door and began driving straight to a bar near my house.

I drink there, the whole night because of so much stress. I can't take it anymore knowing that my daughter is missing.

I just need some alcohol to forgot my problem for a while.

I woke up when my phone rings. I felt a massive head ache.

"Hello? Who's this?"  I massage my head.

"Gavin, the police already saw Chloe." Amara said, I can sense that she's nervous.

"Where's Chloe? Where's my daughter?! What happened to her? Is she alive?"

Amara didn't respond.

"Amara answer me!" I shouted.

"I will s-send you the address, I'm on my w-way there." I can hear her sobs.

I ended the call and started the engine. After a minute Amara already send me the address, I drive as fast as I can.

When I finally arrived at the forest. There are many policeman and there are some Investigator. But I can't see my daughter.

I run near the commotion. But when I saw a burned body my tears started to fall down. I saw Amara crying so hard.

I don't want to believe what I'm seeing right now.

"What happened here? Tell me! That's not my daughter right? It's not her! It's not Chloe!" I shook my head.

"We need to confirm if that's your daughter, we need to run some test." The police said.

I look closely at her body. I can't even figure it out. But the body had Chloe's necklace.

"No, no, no! That's not my daughter!"  I yelled.

I started punching the tree, I don't care if my hand gets injured.

"This is all your fault Amara! If you just let her come with me, this will never happened! Maybe Chloe was still alive right now if you let Chloe live with me." I messed up with my hair because of too much frustration.

"Gavin I didn't want this to happen, It hurts so much to see the dead body of my own daughter! It hurts me a lot because I'm her mother."

"You're her mother right? But you're not there for her. You didn't even care! You failed her Amara."

"Stop it Gavin. Stop acting like you've been a good father to her."

"This is all your fault Amara! You'll regret this Amara.
