Chapter 42 Trey Questions Emilee
Kristen saw the burger in Patrick's hand. She frowned, "Why didn't you eat it?".
"I'm not hungry. You should eat it." Patrick shook his head.
"Well, we will each take half."
Kristen opened the lid of the coke, raised her head to drink a few mouthfuls, and handed it to Patrick, saying, "There is still half. You must drink it.
"We'll save the burger until we get home."
Patrick drank the rest of the coke obediently. He seemed to be a little greedy and licked the straw.
"Pierre, I have found a job. When I get my salary, I will buy you another coke." Kristen smiled.
At noon, she went to an interview where she taught the children to draw.
Kristen was a design major. Drawing was the foundation.
In addition, Kristen used her spare time to get a few certificates.
When the parents saw that she was patient and had certificates, they readily agreed.
