Chapter 37 We Have Found Him
"Be good. I am just going to class."
Pierre argued, "You said the same thing yesterday."
Kristen was speechless.
She didn't know what to say.
That was what she said yesterday, but turned to call the police after saying that.
After seeing Pierre like this, Kristen thought that even if she called the police, it would be useless.
Pierre was an adult. How could the police lock him up?
And he was not too stupid. It was even more impossible to send him to the welfare house.
"I swear."
Kristen raised her hand. "If I lie, I will be hit by a car. I will die a horrible death."
"No."
Patrick grabbed Kristen's hand. "You can't die."
Kristen said, "Okay, I won't die.
"Well, you keep sleeping until noon. My last class will be canceled, so I can come to pick you up. So you want to go shopping with me?"
Kristen pointed to the time display on the cell phone and explained patiently to Patrick.
