Qin Wan'er's assistant overheard and quickly pulled her aside. "Miss Wan'er, keep your voice down. Walls have ears, you know. Who knows what people will say if they hear you?"
The assistant was worried sick. This lady was unpredictable and often offended people without realizing it.
"I'm just telling the truth. If I take an extra take, everyone has something to say. But she can rest whenever she wants for no reason," Qin Wan'er retorted. She was always the center of attention, but on set, it felt like everyone was giving her dirty looks. Filming wasn't fun at all. She preferred attending events.
At events, she could wear beautiful clothes and strike a few poses. But here? In this heat, she had to wear heavy costumes and film under the scorching sun. She'd almost had a heatstroke a few times.
"Please, just bear with it for a few more days. Then you can wear pretty clothes for the promotions," the assistant pleaded with a pained expression.
