Golden Hour

Thalia proceed with the plan and helped out Leo moving the boxes upstairs, and as instructed by the two she grabbed her phone and played Golden Hour on repeat,

Thalia and Leo arrange the boxes first upstairs and the two other girls manage the shop.

After a while, Leo notice the repeated song.

"Uhm, Lia why is that song on repeat?" Leo asked curios,

"Uhmm-uh" Lia struggled making an alibi,

Leo looked at him with suspicion,

Lia takes a deep breath, "Uhmm, it's my favorite song of the moment" she said,

She then talks to herself,

'Why is it so hard to lie to this handsome man?' she thinks shaking her head.

"Ohh, is that so?" Leo replied and proceed working, Lia took deep breathes and also continued working.

Time pass by as the two of them were installing the sofas, the two girls went up to check on them.

They brought snacks for them, "Iced Tea and donuts?" Amarié said as she walks up to the door.

Leo was surprised, "Ohh, Thank you just put it right there" Leo said pointing at a short glass table, Amarié nodded and looked around.

"Woahh, they work fast" Shane said as her eyes rest upon the furnitures of the room.

"We have to, the other girls still need to use the rooms" Leo said before drinking the refreshments brought by the two,

Amarié sneaks behind Thalia, "Nice work, You've been playing it on repeat right?" she asked,

"Yeah and Mr. Leo doesn't even have a reaction" Lia said,

"Just let him listen to it for a little while" she said before pulling Shane downstairs,

Afternoon came and the coffee shop got busy again,

Leo ordered Thalia,

"Lia, would you be an angel and help the two downstairs?" Leo asked politely,

"But we wouldn't be able to finish setting this up?" Thalia replied,

"That's fine, I'll think of a way plus you have classes tonight" Leo winked and waved his hands letting Thalia go downstairs.

Thalia followed Leo's order, the rushed of customers came and the three girls was so busy at the same time Leo was working double.

Luckily the other girls got home and lend a hand on the shop, as the shop gets full Leo also decided to go downstairs to help.

As the customers settle on their seats Shane and Amarié proceeds with their plan. The medium size box that was on the corner of the shop was unboxed by the the two, it was a white small digital grand piano.

Amarié sat there and played the intro of Golden Hour making sure that she hits the wrong keys,

Shye saw this and has an irritation on her face, she gets close to Amarié and sat beside her.

Amarié was surprised, she wasn't expecting Shye to be the one to sat beside her. Shye started pressing the keys and the song was now in tune.

After a while of playing, Cess walks toward Shye,

"Uhmm, Ms. Shye can you play it from the start?" She asked politely and smiled at her, Shye nodded and started playing the intro again.

As the intro ends and the verse starts, Cess was about to sing the first verse but Hera was the one who sing,

Hera's slightly deep voice surrounds the room, then as the bridge comes Cess suddenly sang,

The two's voices harmonizes and the customers of the shop were amazed by the sound their hearing, and as the chorus hits,

Shye hands played like crazy hitting every key on point, and the two girls hit every note and lyric of the song with such gracefulness,

The customers stood watch and some are recording the unexpected performance.

Everyone was just quiet and listening to the sweet voice of the two along with the elegant sound of each key that Shye presses.

Leo was standing near the counter of the ordering station, he has a smile painted on his lips. The other girls stood watch on them with an amazed face.

Amarié notices Leo's hands on the countertop, it was tapping along with every note that emits on the air. She grabs Shane and slightly pointed on Leo's hands, Shane nodded and smiled.

The three finished performing, and the crowd stood and gave a big applause for them. Cess and Hera was flattered but Shye was looking emotionless, Leo gave her a small whistle and as she looks in his direction, he gave him an expensive looking clap before smiling at her with his eyes close.

Shye gave a small smile for the crowd before running towards the kitchen.

At a blink of an eye, the video uploaded by the customer went viral with hundreds of comments. Shane saw this opportunity to advertise the shop more, she shared the photo and tagged the shop.

Leo goes to Shye and talks to her,

"You still got it" Leo said,

Shye was silent, he walks toward her and hugged her tightly.

"I love the sound that you make, I understand how you feel, keep playing" Leo said in a baritone comforting voice.

Shye nodded with her head in Leo's chest, before leaving the kitchen Shye also spoke.

"Leo, I played, you should too" she smiled at him with a single tear falling on her cheeks.

Leo just nodded emotionless with a fake smile.

After the customers left, Leo hurried upstairs and continue setting up the furniture. The three school girls also went upstairs and saw the boxes as they entered the room.

They were in awe as they saw the beauty of the room as the furniture compliment the color of the walls,

"Hehe, I am not done setting everything up" Leo has an embarrassed laugh.

The girls were silent as they admire the whole floor, "You should sleep on my pent house tonight" Leo said.

"Sure" Shye said as her eyes explore the room.
