Preparation Complete

Lei Jin was a little bit taken aback by the comments of these two senior sisters. Then he remembered that Elder Na Ren acted similarly beforehand. It really seemed like this group of master and disciples had a tightly knit close bond. Lei JIn only wished he could protect them better. The place they were going was the very same place his own family had been torn from him. He sat down with them and pondered his thoughts.

"What's on your mind Lei Jin? It's rare for you to be thinking deeply about something." Supreme Elder Hong said, asking Lei Jin after seeing the boy in deep thought.

"I had a thought but since I lack a small universe for myself I have no way to test it. Thus I can only ponder the potential benefits and faults." Lei Jin said simply while continuing to think about it.

"What is it that you are thinking so much about? Perhaps I could give it a shot. That is if it isn't too difficult." Elder Na Ren said, jumping at the chance.

"No, this is something that would require quite a fair amount of time. I'm not sure if it would even work completely as of this moment but I would hope that it does. Something like this might even be possible to remove the promotion limit if it worked properly. Seems like I'll have to speak with the world tree. I just have to find it first." Lei Jin said, waiving off the temptation.

"Lei Jin, I heard you had a bit of help with the refinement process earlier." Supreme Elder Azure Heart said, changing the topic knowing that Lei Jin would be thinking about whatever it was for a while otherwise.

"The Supreme Elder is right. We refined a great many of the Artifact Worlds. However… It seems no matter how much help I receive. We can only max out at 7 Refinements at a time." Lei Jin said, hinting at the fact he is the real limitation.

"So you're saying that you are the limiting factor now when it comes to refining these Artifact Worlds? If you can only produce 7 a day on occasion then it's going to be quite a long process to give everyone on the battlefield one of these." Supreme Elder Azure heart responded, trying to probe Lei Jin for information.

"This is true. Which is why before Elder Na Ren and her disciples showed up I was attempting to control 8 nodes. While the first 7 are stable, the 8th one is unstable. Does the Supreme Elder have an idea that would help to alleviate this matter?" Lei Jin said, ignoring the obvious attempt at probing.

"Perhaps you could try focusing on as many nodes as possible. How many unstable ones do you think you could get?" Azure Heart asked.

Lei Jin decided he would make an attempt. The first 7 appeared instantly and effortlessly. Then with each following breath a new unstable node would appear. Lei Jin reached a total of 108 total nodes before he had to stop. The first 7 were still solid and stable. The remaining nodes progressively seemed less stable.

"This… is the limit… of what I can manage, Supreme Elder. This is extremely taxing." Lei Jin said, still managing to focus on all of the nodes.

"You really are deserving of the title Young Pillar! Now, then! From here you need to rely on yourself. Since none of us have an understanding of either of these Daos. Your advancement is something you need to manage yourself. However, doing this should magnify your gains over a shorter time." Azure Heart said.

It was important to know that Lei Jin could have done this without the Supreme Elders words. However he had been too fixated on improving just one at the time which is what led to his ignorance. He may be incredibly smart but he can still be blinded at times. In short this was a simple matter and simple practice. He used a similar method to begin increasing the population within his residence.

"It seems I had a moment of blindness. I was too focused on getting results. I neglected the long term. I will improve on this matter and practice." Lei Jin said.

From here Lei Jin would continue to practice this method for the next month while he waited for the gathering to return. Over this time he managed to improve the node count to a total of 9 stable nodes. And he advanced his understanding of each Dao to the 6th level. He was able to gleam even more possibilities and uses from each dao. "Perhaps I could find a way to combine the daos together as a single source." He thought. Which gave his wives a chill of excitement just at the mere thought of having such a powerful dao.

From here the helpers returned with a massive number of resources and thus began the refinement process. This time it went on for 2 more months. With the number of Artifact worlds being created reaching the needed amount for this shipment. Which means everything is settled. Finally Lei Jin could go on his adventure. His first stop would be the Star Boundary. More specifically that High Heaven Palace.

"I thank all of the Elders for the aid you have given this time around. With these things being sent to the Battlefield we can improve the situation." Lei Jin said, bowing deeply.

"It was not a problem at all, Young Pillar. This is for the benefit of my human race. It is only natural that we help in this matter." Supreme Elder Feng Guang said, stroking his beard.

"Rest assured I will Prepare these Artifacts for war by the time we meet up at the gathering point. I wish you all well." Lei Jin said.

Everyone that had come to help left to return to their own business. The Alchemy had also finished up and those Elders left. Lei Jin and company all prepared for the trip to the star boundary. This meant bringing the young managers up to speed on things. This was because they would be in charge of running everything while everyone was gone.

Elder Mei and Elder Kong would stay behind as a safety net for the new managers to rely on in the event the two would be needed. They would have them there for any number of reasons. This also applied to the Rekindled ones. If any needed help with their cultivations The two Elders who basically moved in would be responsible for doing so.

Supreme Elder Azure Heart and Supreme Elder Hong along with Lei Jin and his 6 wives boarded a ship. Destination Star Boundary. This trip wouldn't take too long but it was enough for the 7 lovers to… enjoy the ride.
