9th Wife Confirmed

Lei Jin was indeed pleased by the new lack of nervousness. Before it seemed as though she had been forced. Then upon seeing Lei Jin for the first time and his commanding Aura she didn't know how to respond. Marrying a woman that did not have the resolve to stand beside him would have been incredibly detrimental.

"I see, so you are worried about the treatment you will receive then. Well, I can assure you that in some sense you are lucky. Because, you don't have to wait nearly as long as your sisters did to try for children. They had all made the choice not to have any until after all 9 sisters had been welcomed into the family." Lei Jin said, taking an empty cup and filling it along with his own.

"Don't worry, even if this is the case and you are the 9th wife. Your treatment will not be any worse than the treatment I give to any of my wives. I love them all equally." Lei Jin said, floating the filled cup to Chen Yun's seat.

"I have looked at your wives since I entered the room. I worry I may not be good enough to stand with them. They all have this glow of complete confidence. Chen Yun said, turning back to stare at the filled cup.

"Then…" Chen Yun started looking around and then at her mother. Her mother nodded in approval. "I would be honored if Young Pillar Lei Jin would have this one, Chen Yun." She said, then downing the cup.

"Welcome to the family Chen Yun. On the way back you may talk with the sisters. They will help you to better understand some things." Lei Jin said, drinking his cup.

"Ahahaha, I'm glad my daughter was a good fit. I expect you to treat her well." Heavenly Net Divine Monarch laughed while drinking more wine.

"Darling, don't go too far so soon. And Lei Jin, I better not hear of any mistreatment of my dear daughter. Or I won't forgive you." Heavenly Net Divine Monarch's wife said.

"Madam, since I have taken a wife this day I will naturally treat her well. Parents are the foundation of a family. Chen Yun, from this day forward will be one of the 9 mothers of my children. So I will definitely not treat her wrongly." Lei Jin said, calmly.

"Good! Since you have said this I will hold you to it." Heavenly Net Divine Monarch's wife said, also drinking to the union.

As for the other two. I am certain they wouldn't dare to cause trouble. Since they all have women who will keep them under control."
