Garlo spoke in his mind as he was thinking how he would get to earth.

"I still have 12 years before Planet Vegeta blows up, so I can be in earth all the time I want and learn many valuable techniques."

"I might aswell go now, my parents can check my power level; ofcourse my suppressed state since its pretty good for a 3 year old, and I might just be able to go to ea-" Mike thought before his thoughts were interrupted by his mother Bruslas.

"Hey honey here you go! Eat up, you need to eat a lot if you want to be strong as your daddy!" Bruslas exclaimed as she gave a kiss to Garlo and walked back with Brock in the kitchen.

Garlo's parents were pretty strong for an average modern saiyan, with Bruslar PL being 7 600 and Brocks PL being 13 000.

"Hey mom, can I go on my first mission? I want to go to a planet named Earth!" Garlo asked his mother with puppy eyes.

"No way! You're too youn- you know what? If your power level is atleast 800 I'll allow you! But first let me check that planets average power level."

'System quick, cap my power level to 850' Garlo quickly thought this message to the system.

Bruslas took out her scouter and scanned Garlo and became suprised to see that his PL was over 800.

"Okay, I checked Earths coordinates and their avg. PL, you can go, but come back quick, you understand me?" Bruslas told this to Garlo seriously.

Garlo just gave a quick nod, said a quick farewell to his parents, and off he went.

"Alright I will go to sleep now, I have already learned to meditate and master my Ki Control regularly, so I should be fine when I sleep, see you Earth in 1 year!" Garlo said as he quickly dozed off and fell asleep.

"AAahh Already?" Garlo woke up to the noise and began questioning.

"Anyways now that I'm at Earth, lets go to Kami-sama place and learn a few techniques before going any further" Garlo said as he flew all the way up to the lookout tower.

"Hello Kami, I'ma be real with you, I've come to earth to learn new techniques." Garlo said with a straight face.

"Oh hohoho, is that what you're here for? I can sense your Power is very high for a little boy, how about becoming my disciple and become the next guardian of the Earth?" Kami replied.

"Sorry Kami, I've come here to get stronger!" Garlo exclaimed.

"I like that spirit boy, POPO! Come here!" Kami yelled calmly.

"Yes Kami-sama?" Popo questioned.

"Hello Mr.Popo I've come here wondering if you could train me in the HTC and teach me new techniques?" Garlo asked.

"Hmm" Popo thought as he looked at Kami and then back at the little kid before noticing a tail.

*Cough cough* "Very well follow me" Popo said and started walking over to the HTC.

"DO you know how it works little one?" Popo asked.

"Yes, I do know how it works, but before we go, I forgot to mention this, but is it possible to gather the dragon balls for me?" Garlo asked curiously.

"You know about the dragon balls?" Kami overheard and asked the young saiyan in a shocked expression.

"Yes I would like it if I am able to get them quickly." Exclaimed Garlo.

"Alright give us a few moments" Kami said.

30 Minutes Later

"Here you go" Kami sama said as he gave all the dragon balls to the young boy.

"Alright, Almighty Shenron, GRANT ME MY WISH!" Garlo yelled as the balls before him started to glow and a dragon came out.

"I am the almighty dragon Shenron, I will grant you any 3 wishes as long as they are not beyond my power" Shenron said.

"Alright, for my first wish, I want a dragon radar, for my second, I wish for the dragon balls to not be turned to stone this time, and be able to grant another wish immediately, and for my last wish..."
