Level Six Master Cultivator

Lin Yue unlocked the door and there was her mother standing with an apron wrapped around her waist.

"Yue'er, time to eat." Xie Mingzhu informed.

A bitter smile formed on Lin Yue's face, she has been eating fruits for two days after they arrived in this realm, and was beginning to grow tired of them, Ranran has yet to arrive so her mother decided to practice her culinary skills.

Well, the beginning was a disaster, and it was only after trying it over and over again that the meals became a little palatable.

Of course, in Lin Yue's mouth, it was definitely the second worst she has eaten, the food was as bitter as a pill and compared to the one that she has ate in the past, both in her past and present lives, all were prepared by great chefs, even the Aunty in the orphanage was once a chef before she joined the orphanage, thus, one can imagine a great change of taste Lin Yue was experiencing.

But still, half is better than none, thus, she nodded.

"I am coming out soon."

Her mother nodded and left.

After bathing and getting dressed, Lin Yue walked to the dining room and after having her breakfast, she went to her usual spot, the tree branches to cultivate.

Then in the afternoon, she started practicing her skills, after that, she had lunch, then she went back to making pills.

Sitting in front of the furnace, Lin Yue tried to imagine what happened during the last time she was making the pill so as to pinpoint where she had got the steps wrong, and after replaying it again and again, she realized that one of the herbs supposed to be put in the second but instead, she usually put it in first.

After that, she took out the herbs, a fire appeared in her right palm and with utmost concentration, she melt the first herb, the second, third to the sixth, and after that, she slammed on the cover.

"Fuse."

Curious as to what the outcome of the pill was going to be, Lin Yue waited patiently and after the furnace turns calm, she open it.

Hot air seeped out and Lin Yue gazed settled inside the furnace.

"Wow!" She gasped, eyes counting the blue pills laying inside.

"One, two, three... fourth six!" She gasped again and then, put one into her mouth and there was no reaction.

Then she puts another one inside her mouth.

However, she instantly regretted it.

She started feeling hot, her whole body turned abnormally red in discomfort, and Lin Yue groaned in pain.

The temperature started to increase, and beads of sweat rolled down from her pale forehead, Lin Yue felt the pills started dissolving inside her body, then it entered her bones, liver, spleen, and every organ! And soon, a pungent smell started to waft around the room as black sticky substance started oozing out of every single pore in her skin.

"What is happening to me?" Lin Yue muttered and the pain started to become unbearable. She felt as if her body was placed in a fire, and her whole body was being torn apart.

The pain got so much that Lin Yue finally fainted.

It was an hour later that she woke up, feeling all refreshed, however, her gaze soon returns to her body and she screams in disgust before walking to the bathroom.

As she sat in the bathtub, she suddenly realized that she seems to have grown taller again.

Quickly washing all the black liquid away, she walked to her dressing table and look at herself in the mirror.

She looks like she was ten now!

Then that means that she has increased in level again.

She quickly look into her soul core where there were six marks.

Damn it, she was now a level six master cultivator!

She walked to her closet and realized that her clothes were now a little short for her.

Since it was midnight already, she decided to tell her mother about it the next day.

Lin Yue had a goodnight's sleep, no more the haunting dreams but instead, a peaceful sleep instead and waking up the next day, she went to release the news to her mother but she was busy talking to someone else.

"Big sister Ranran! Mother!" Lin Yue jogged towards her happily, her eyes curving in delight.

"Young Miss?" Ranran carefully asked, looking at the young girl walking towards her.

"Of course, Big Sister Ranran, it is me, or don't you remember me anymore?" Lin Yue pouted.

"No Young Miss, but your face has changed a bit, and your skin was even shiner and smoother." Ranran complimented, pinching Lin Yue's face and it instantly turned red.

"You've leveled up again." Her mother affirmed.

"Yes mother, I am now a level six master cultivator!"

"What?!" The two women were shocked, especially Ranran, after all, Lin Yue was only a level three master cultivator before the battle broke out, but now within five days, she jumped into level six master!
