Chapter 27: Unforgettable Strike
"Gentle Breeze long time no see" Eternal Knight approached Amazon Lily squad with his guildmates while other players distanced themselves from them.
"Eternal Knight, how's your improvement from the last time I saw you?" Gentle Breeze replied with a smile, however her words were like a mockery for Eternal Knight because the last time he fought against her she defeated him which left a bitter taste in Eternal Knight.
"Humph that time you were able to defeat me merely because of your equipment now that we have a similar type of equipment do you dare to fight me" Eternal Knight was known for his explosive personality
"What a sore loser" Happy Soul said suddenly "if you think that you're this great why don't you challenge me then" her provocation angered Eternal Knight even more.
No matter how angry he was, Eternal Knight knows that even though in terms of combat capacity he was in no way inferior to Gentle Breeze and Happy Soul, however, if comparing their team's strength the Amazon Lily is a mile ahead of Temple Knights. Besides that, he didn't wish his guild's new trump cards to be exposed this early.
"You can be cocky as much as you want right now" Eternal Knight said with a sneer "however when my guild achieves Wolf Den first clear, I want to see how you continue to be arrogant" after saying that he turned around and left while his team followed him.
Gentle Breeze frowned when she saw that.
"Big sister, is there a problem?" Lonely Flower said when she saw her frowning like that.
"Eternal Knight is an arrogant bastard in past times he would have started a fight from nothing yet now he's behaving completely different" Happy Soul said as she kept staring at the Temple Knights departing team "beside that in their team there are new faces that are giving me some pressure especially that Swordsman"
"I thought the same thing, that Swordsman is definitely stronger than me in terms of combat capacity" when the Amazon Lily team heard Gentle Breeze words they all put their guard up. At first, they were all relaxed thinking that because of their guild strength they thought that no one could stop them, so Gentle Breeze's words were a wake-up call for the team.
"We must not let our guard down because a single mistake can cost our guild a lot" Gentle Breeze warned them one last time, before going back to discuss how to run the dungeon and finalise a plan.
From the dungeon introduction, Tony found that Wolf Dan has three bosses, and many thought that clearing the dungeon would be easy. yet even those strong guilds struggled inside it, even the amazing team of Amazon Lily only made it to the last boss before being wiped out, and that was only the
Like numerous other players, set up a stall in the open area, Before long, the first player came to look at Tony's stall with curiosity as his mysteriousness attracted that player as he wanted to see what kind of items the strong-looking person is selling
Suddenly, that Swordsman squealed so loudly that the whole valley could probably have heard him.
"Heavens, am I seeing things? There are 6… 6 bronze equipment, and even a skill book"
"Where is the bronze equipment?" This reaction was made by more than one person.
Just because a stall had been set up didn't mean that it was selling something of value. If you had an extra piece of Iron equipment to sell, you could already be proud of that. Most players could only sell some items that could be used to replenish some HP. So hearing someone is selling Bronze equipment was like tossing meat for a hungry wolf as many players
"Woah, it is bronze equipment and a skill book" more and more people came, and after 20 seconds almost all the players outside the dungeon were around Tony's stall which made it crowded around him.
Tony was left equally speechless and annoyed about their reaction thinking that even those from large guilds were behaving like bumpkins. For him, Bronze and Iron equipment are merely trash, but for the majority of players they will be considered treasures, especially at this stage of the game, this made Tony regret his decision of selling what he considered trash

"Brother" a surprised guild member went over, calmed down a little, and started talking business. "I'm very interested in these Leather Boots, but 20 silver is a little too much, don't you think?"
"Owl Ring for 35 silver, dammit, if there's someone out there who has 35 silver right now, I'll do a live broadcast of myself eating trash!"
"Frost Touch, this skill is overpowered. Brother, we the Golden Vultures can't afford 30 gold. How about we trade with actual money? We'll send the money to you first, and you can give us the skill book when you receive it…"
"Hmph if you're broke don't hold the line" said another one with a sneer as he approached Tony "brother my Ironblade Guild is willing to buy the skill book, the Leather Boots, and Owl Ring but it will take us some time to gather 30 gold and 55 silver so can you wait for it" that person said it in an embarrassed tone.
Many started making offers for Tony, some wanted to buy them using real-world money and some wanted him to wait so they could gather the game currency because it was really hard even for those strong guilds to get their hands on gold this early on.
As the voices around him started rising, some started to threaten him and some even wanted to steal the equipment as they started scheming against him, which annoyed Tony to the point of exploding. Tony put his hand on the Humming Blade as His body was overflowing with a murderous aura that made him seem like a primordial beast that had just awoken from a long slumber. The pressure he radiated was painfully stifling.
"All of you are really talking too much" Tony's eyes became pitch black. He looked truly evil. It looked like he had two black holes instead of eyes. He looked like a demon, it sounded bone-chilling coupled with an icy cold gaze everyone looked on, frozen as if time had just stopped, most players' expressions went ghastly pale and their bodies started trembling when they were abruptly enveloped by this killing intent. Let's not talk about those random normal players, because even those with strong combat capacity and rich experience were shocked by Tony's killing intent as they felt the surrounding temperature drop. It felt as if the gates to hell had just opened, and if any of these players said another word, they'd descend into hell itself.
Tony at that moment wasn't holding back his killing intent at all, however, what he didn't notice was that after experiencing the Devil's murderous aura, his killing intent went through a great metamorphosis, that's why it could affect even the space surrounding him because he was able to experience what real killing desire looks like
"Is he really human? His killing intent is so powerful." Happy soul expression darkened as she stared at the imposing Tony. even the stronger Gentle Breeze was shaking because she understood that Tony can't be considered a human anymore
'Is he as strong as them or are they even more heaven defying' Gentle Breeze thought to herself as she kept looking at Tony with fear and respect.
All The players distanced themselves away from him as they were afraid that he might start a mindless slaughter and kill all of them because just his killing intent alone was sufficient to make most of the players in the area helpless, so if he decided to attack probably no one can stop him.
The silence was broken by a member of the Temple Knights
"Brother we merely want to do business with you so don't be angry" Nine Feng was looking at Tony with a smile that surprised many of the onlookers, his relaxed behavior confirmed Gentle Breeze's guess about him.
"If you want to do business with me it is easy, pay for whatever you want and take it" Tony replied calmly "as for those who can't afford it go away don't block my view as my patience is limited" his word made everyone broke go away.
"Well I'm interested in everything you're selling" Nine Feng already have the money in hand, however before he could speak more Gentle Breeze interrupted him
"We Amazon Lily is also interested in everything you're selling" she was certain that if she got her hand on everything Tony was selling, their dungeon run could be raised by 30% which is something she can't give up on.
"It seems a little auction is going to happen" Nine Feng was looking at Gentle Breeze with a provocative smile "I have here 50 gold if you have more than the equipment and the skill are yours" his words surprised many of the other guilds around, as they understand how hard it was to raise money.
Most of the guilds doesn't have even 10 gold with their large number yet the Temple Knights could afford 50 gold easily, even Amazon Lily members were surprised by that, which made Gentle Breeze and Happy Soul have grave expressions understanding that Amazon Lily has no destiny with the equipment and the skill book.
After Tony traded with the temple Knights he turned around and left giving no one the time to talk to him, this displeased many as they thought that Tony was simply too arrogant, many even started thinking about how to punish him a little bit yet what happened next made all of those thoughts go away.
A Berserk was standing in Tony's way with another four like his bodyguards and was looking at him with haughtiness and said arrogantly "sell to me whatever good stuff you have" it sounded as if he was ordering Tony and not requesting.
Yet Tony completely ignored him as he kept walking to the dungeon entrance this angered the Berserk as he felt that he lost face before his minions.
"You damn ant I'm ordering you to stop" he screamed at Tony like a madman yet the latter kept ignoring him, this made the Berserk explode in anger as he held his spear with both hands and looked at Tony back coldly "trash just because you have some luck you dare to ignore this lord then die"
His attack can be described as deadly and destructive, the spear split into 3 shadows as it attacked Tony from three different angles. For a normal player this attack can't be evaded, even those with a strong foundation and combat capacity did acknowledge that although the Berserk was arrogant and full of himself, he still had the strength to back it up.
Many of the onlookers saw that Tony kept walking as if there was no attack coming at him, some of those good-hearted people wanted to shoot for him to dodge however something shocking happened.
The three spear shadows run past Tony as if he didn't exist there and no damage happened to him.
Tony turned around and looked at Berserk and his team with a calm gaze, however for them it seemed as if death was looking at them as their body became stiff, as despair filled them especially when Tony put his hand on his sword.
A blue light flashed out and except for the Berserk the other four were nowhere to be seen, in their place was some equipment.
This made the field, even more, quieter, some even forgot to breathe at that instant because what they saw even in this VR world would be considered mind-blowing
"Who are you sir?" the Berserk asked as his body kept trembling from fear as he thought of something that he never considered.
"Someone that you shouldn't have provoked" although Tony's tone was calm, for many it sounded demonic as their for him kept rising.
"Wait, my cousin is..." before he could complete the sentence Tony already appeared before him and ended his HP. After taking the loot he turned around and walked to the dungeon entrance as if nothing happened and he didn't just kill 5 strong players effortlessly.
Tony suddenly became the idol of many as they thought that he was way too cool.
