Innate magic Constitution

His mother then looked at him and then said "Look honey! We have a talented son. He got an innate magic constitution. It looks like he will become a magician just like me."

After hearing what his sweety said the man smiled. Even thought he was annoyed by the beating he got from his wife but he was long since used to it. His love for his wife was at another level.

"I see...so that's why you both came. It was indeed my misunderstanding to misjudge the situation. I'm sorry. " The man tried to convince his wife, sweety.

The convincing words did work. Sweety, his wife nodded at him and said "Alright I'll forgive you but remember, don't speak of such words without knowing the situation."

After a long conversation between both mother and father, Rahu finally saw an end to this convo.

The man said "I'll teach Halfrin the swordmanship at morning till noon. "

The woman also said "Good luck hubby! I'll also teach him magic at evening."

"At night You will study the books I will give you, For now get back to bed and sleep, I'll tell you a story tonight okay?" Said the woman while looking at her son, Halfrin. Halfrin didn't dissapoint her either. He went to the bed as she instructed him.

After he went back to his room, the woman turned to see her husband, but this time there was no proud or anger in her face, only pure sadness. She said in a sad tone "We will have to hide his constitution from the world or else the imperial family may use him as a weapon and steal him from us."

The man nodded and replied "Yes, let's teach our son properly for now."

It was the night of autumn. Stars were unlimited but the beauty that emanated from it far surpassed that of it's starlight.

Rahu, had just finished hearing the story of his mother. It was the story of a knight hero. That knight hero was just an ideal hero. He born in the place of trash, from a group of beggars, struggled to the bottom of food chain, became a hunter by hunting animals, got lucky to be accepted as a disciple of a Dean from magic academy, and so on. His mother praised him a lot, as if she wanted to inscribe the morals and acts of that Knight hero into Halfrin's soul and mind.

When his mother finished telling him the tale, he acted as if he is already asleep. Her mother dabbed on him and gave him a goodnight kiss. Little did she knew that he is still awake and is looking for an opportunity to cultivate after she is gone.

2 Years later

Rahu's POV

World is big. Nobody know what may happen today, or perhaps now ?

With such a thought I used to live a very carefree life in his previous life.

My name is Rahu. Don't get me wrong, I'm at the same time a person, names Halfrin.

Nobody knows the total number of stars the sky contains. However if one look closely, they will surely find the bright stars.

I also wish if I can pluck out the brightest star out there to present before my mother, or maybe my father. It's just that these presents won't be enough for me to showcase my love for them.

Alas..! Only if I had the power to do so, I could have avoid the destruction of mine country, my kingdom.

People die thinking whether they lived a life filled with regrets or not. If somebody were in my shoes, they would think that they had no regret considering how I died while fighting to death.

With such a thought, they would naturally die without regret. If not for my rebirth, I would have been thinking the same way or died thinking the same way.

But...no! Fate had something else for me. They wanted me to reincarnated, that also with a beauty like princess..Sigh..

"Hey you know..I can hear you damn...Blush"

"Princess, I know that you can hear my thoughts, it is for this reason that I'm helpless sigh"

"God doesn't provide us with more than one chance. However we took that one chance. So let's live this life without any regret, let's become stronger together so as to protect our new country together." Rahu said to princess.

If someone had the power to peek the sea of consciousness within Rahu they would see a voluptuous figure of a beauty who was looking sincerely with a crunched fist which was shaking. Princess opened her mouth and replied "Yes, let's do this...together."

The starlight flashed accross the sky like lightning as if to showcase that heaven witnessed their exchange of words and that they acknowledge their wish!

"Mother had already stopped teaching me magic. I already know all the a rated magic spells she had sigh It's said that soul related magic spells are S ranked. I need to join a magic academy to learn more about soul magic. However I know of one such academy which we can join at the age of seven. You also know about it. We will talk to my parents soon about it." Rahu said with a grim tone to Princess.

Princess shook her head lightly and replied "You're already 6 years old but look at yourself, by practicing with your father you already regained your sword grandmaster mastery on sword 2 years ago. Since then you only focused on magic but learned all the magic spells that your mother knew. You know that you're not normal right? Atleast not to others."

"I'm not the only one who is abnormal in this world. Perhaps, I might just be a frog in a well." Rahu said with a indifferent expression while looking at the sky. The princess also followed him to see the sky which was vast.

There was a moment of silence which seemed to prolong for eternity However this played a soothing role of calmness. After enjoying the scenery for many hours the Princess finally broke the silence.

"Keke.. I'm afraid you will stare at the sky without sleep tonight."

"Ofcourse not, I've to cultivate my soul to make myself stronger you know..I won't let the same crisis which took place 7 years ago to happen again." Rahu replied with a calm tone. However for princess, this tone seemed to contain terrifying chillness.

After that, Rahu started meditating throughout the night. His soul have become many times stronger than before. He is able to manifest the soul of Princess for 10 minutes. Adding to that, he can also use some soul technique if a life and death battle takes place. However there will be a certain price to such techniques.
