"You mean to say he might be stronger than you now," Ragnar said.

"Who said it was a he?" Howard asked.

"The tower master is a woman," Ragnar said.

"Her name is Ellen Turing. She was one of the most experienced hunters in teh city. As of now, I do believe that he has been in prolonged seclusion to break into the A-rank. She and I were at the peak of B-rank, hoping to get our hands on an opportunity to break through." Howard said. "During one of her recent mission, she is suspected of having gained some kind of resource which might help her breakthrough."

"If she managed to break through as I expect her to, there will be a shift in power within teh city soon. This visit to both reaps the opportunity while testing something out. I need to find out to prepare accordingly for the upcoming competition." Howard said. 

"What do you mean by competition?" Ragnar asked.
