As soon as the team entered into the dungeon, Ragnar set out first. His objective as a scout was to make sure that his team get accurate information about the entire terrain, and the enemies and also gets alert about enemy movements. In addition to that, he had another objective in his mind. 

This was the first since he was reborn that he got the chance to face monsters. The monsters he had faced in his previous life surpassed the imagination of even the top hunters in the world. But his strength didn't manage the level of his last life. Hence, every monster he was going to face was like a whetstone. He took upon the job of scout so that he would be the first to face monsters in the forefront. He would simultaneously give his team directions, but he would eliminate just enough monsters to not only fasten the progress of clear but also reduce the risk.
