Episode 129: You Softened Up With Her
As they chatted around, Preshea silently stepped out of the room.
She looked outside the window in the hallway with a melancholic look on her face.
But a stunned look soon followed when she saw her reflection. Her hands slowly went up to touch her face.
"Something seems to be troubling you."
She put her hand down and turned to Spencer who suddenly spoke up behind her. She did not realize that he had followed her.
"Nothing of importance," she replied.
Spencer shrugged, "Could it be about the demon?"
"Something like that," Preshea answered.
Spencer stood beside her, "You have improved a lot. You can be a backup and support. I can tell you want to be a part of the fight. Not simply standing at the back giving support."
Preshea looked at him, "Indeed I wish to fight this time."
'When you fight alongside and survive then that is when you will feel that you have truly belonged,' someone once told her that.
