CHAPTER 8

Arina is working at the restaurant a block away from her dormitory. She dropped out of school to support herself and the growing fetus inside her.

Her depression mostly attacks at midnight and she would always call me when that happens and like what I always do, I always tell her that it is alright and everything is just gonna be fine.

Sometimes I can't help but to get annoyed by it. She's always saying that it is not easy to be okay but I highly doubt it. If you force yourself to believe on something, your mind will trick you by doing it naturally and that works with forcing and making yourself believe that you are okay.

Because that is what I always do.

Arina and I got into a fight when she said that she would just remove the "thing" inside her thinking that her parents will forgive her.

Since I was a kid, I have been fond of seeing people fighting their own demons and would win against them.

I love life. I love breathing. I love seeing people trying so hard to fight their demons.

I loved it so much that I never thought it would happen to me.

I never thought that I would also hate the one I loved the most.

I never thought that I will also face my demons.

I never thought that it will all happen when He took one of the people I cherished the most.
