Chapter 1

LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

....

Deep underground, in a place barely anyone knows. Inside were multiple cloaked figures in purple, black and gold. "Release subject 82." one of them spoke.

A massive door opened into a large clearing of stone. Inside were small pillars of metal sticking up from the ground. From the door entered a massive minotaur – a species that had long been enslaved and used for forced labor, war machines or in this case test subjects.

Minotaur's are quite intelligent, but this one was beastly/insane because of many years of enclosed slavery and routine torture.

As soon as it was released it started thrashing around, slamming into walls in any hope of making a dent. The walls stood strong as the cloaked figures watched the minotaur rage from above.

"It is ready my Lady." A cloaked figure spoke as all looked towards a singular person. A woman cladded in robes radiating a sense of trickery. It was clear she was very influential and powerful.

The woman walked forwards and spoke in a sultry voice "Release Apollyon!"

A gate on the opposite side of the Minotaur opened, making the bull stop. All eyes now looked towards the opened door where only darkness could be seen, if not for the two small blood red glows from it.

The rageful minotaur wanted to charge forward but it found itself unable to. It's instincts were warning it's body of the danger those glows possessed. Suddenly some noises could be heard, chains being broken, then a growl, near demonic – radiating something incredibly evil and powerful. After that steps, due to the silence everyone heard the stomps as a black foot covered in metal appeared from the darkness.

Then after the other foot. A relatively short figure cladded in blackened iron/armor revealed itself, growling on all fours. It looked around till it made eye contact with the woman who ordered it's release. She smirked as the beast looked at it's prey. The minotaur.

Upon it's helmet the shape of a wolf it's eyes shaped like a mix between a lightning bolt and a scar… the minotaur saw death looking at it. (Pic in P/comments)

The minotaur couldn't help but take a step back, despite facing a figure tiny compared to itself. But it roared in defiance, ignoring it's instincts and challenging the figure. Apollyon remained silent, before it dashed to the minotaur's left.

The minotaur tried to follow the metal monster with it's eyes but it was far too fast. Suddenly the monster appeared, it opened it's metal mouth and latched onto the Minotaur's arm and chomped onto it hard. The minotaur was thankful for it's buff body as the monster's bite did not affect it too much.

Using it's massive hands it grabbed the monster and threw it away. But the creature was soon back as it slashed the minotaur with it's metal claws, drawing blood with five long slashes on the minotaur's side.

The minotaur roared in pain as it tried to fight off the black metal beast. But anytime it threw it away the monster would appear in moments clawing and biting into the minotaur.

"Is that all it's capable of?" a posh voice spoke to the woman who never took her golden eyes off of her favorite tool. "I would've thought it more capable with all the work we put into it."

The woman looked at the one who spoke – a white haired-man in red robes. "Name more than 10 people in history, capable of slaying a fully grown, enraged minotaur at the age of 11, Vladimir."

Vladimir chuckled, "Still, one can imagine it is far more capable than slashing and biting it's opponent."

The woman glared at him "Of course he is. Apollyon is my greatest achievement. Something this powerful cant be rushed. How long did it take for you to kill your master Vladimir?"

"So, it's true, you have a soft spot for the little experiment. Who would've thought THE LeBlanc, a deceiver, would actually come to care for someone other than herself." Vladimir laughed.

Their conversation was stopped by a roar of rage. LeBlanc and Vladimir looked back to see the minotaur holding Apollyon by his arms. Due to it's much smaller size, Apollyon could only pull and struggle in the minotaur's grip.

The minotaur limped over to the nearest pillar before lifting Apollyon's body over the top of it and stabbing his body straight through it. A fountain of blood bursted as Apollyon was left dangling on the pillar.

"Greatest achievement indeed," Vladimir mocked with a smirk. He turned and started to walk off but was stopped.

"Keep watching you blood-sucking annoyance." LeBlanc demanded.

Vladimir chuckled as he went back to watching as the minotaur breathed heavily thinking it had won. Suddenly a growl caused the minotaur to look at the pillar in front of it. Apollyon's body twitched, before he released an animalistic roar of it's own. An aura of black and red filled the room, so powerful it pushed the minotaur back.

Reawakened, Apollyon used his arms to push his body off the pillar. He landed on the ground with a massive hole in his torso. Now standing on two legs, he placed his right hand on the pillar that was still covered in his blood.

Suddenly he started to slowly pull on the pillar as the structure changed shape. As it started to shrink Apollyon pulled out a handle of a blade. Eventually Apollyon pulled an entire Greatsword out of the pillar. With an almost limp body he let his blade fall to the floor.

"Hmm, Ferromancy. And not bad at all for his age." Vladimir commented.

"His case is unique. It seems his magical abilities mixed with the rest of his unnatural enhancements and changed it," LeBlanc spoke.

"How so?" Vladimir questioned.

She pointed at the many pillars scattered around the place. "The pillars and the armor he wears are made from the same metal. A metal only he can create using his own power. No matter how hot a flame one puts it in the metal does not melt and no matter how hard one strikes it, it doesn't bend. Not even other Ferromancers can affect the metal in any way."

"Interesting. Has 'that' ability awoken inside him? I only had that one chance, so I dearly hope it hasn't gone to waste." Vladimir spoke.

"LeBlanc shook her head, "Like I said, Apollyon is very powerful. But his body has limits we need to be mindful of. The amount of power that would give him would destroy his body first. It's best to start with the weaker enhancements before granting the stronger ones."

Vladimir sighed, "Well, I suppose out of anyone in the world he is our best chance of actually using that power. I am excited to see how far he will go."

LeBlanc smirked, "Even at only eleven, he can kill fully grown minotaurs. At the rate he's growing he might even surpass the both of us."

They both smirked down at the metal child as the hole in his chest started to close itself as first skin regrew before black metal finished fully encasing the boy once again. Nearly as soon as he was done healing Apollyon dashed forwards before jumping into the air. As he fell towards the minotaur he started to spin, rolling in the air into a wheel of death. The minotaur jumped out of the way as Apollyon slammed his metal sword into the ground causing the ground to crack under the power of the strike.

He pulled the blade out of the ground and jumped towards the minotaur at superhuman speeds. Terrified, the minotaur could only watch as the boy came close before dashing out of view. The minotaur felt a massive slash across his side, before it could even scream Apollyon slashed down his back.

The minotaur knew it was going to die, it's natural instincts as an animal told it that it was nothing but prey for the monster. Apollyon jumped into the air as the minotaur roared one final time as Apollyon brought his blade on the minotaur's neck. His sword cutting through it like a knife through warm butter.

Soon after the minotaur's head hit the ground with a bloody thump, followed by its body falling over.

Blood started to splatter from the corpse covering Apollyon in red. Vladimir watched in interest, the blood seemed to be absorbed by Apollyon, like his armor was feeding on it. "You can see it's already starting." LeBlanc said.

Vladimir smiled, "Hemomancy. I thought you said he doesn't, have it?"

"He only has a part of it. The stronger he gets the more of it we'll add. So far, the only ability of it he's shown is the power to take the essence of those he's killed." LeBlanc spoke.

Vladimir stared at Apollyon who put his blade onto his back as it latched onto his armor before Apollyon jumped high into the sky, landing in the viewpoint Vladimir and LeBlanc were in. Apollyon kneeled respectfully to LeBlanc as she walked close to her creation, "Very impressive, my dear Apollyon. Do you think you're ready to accept the next amount of sigils?" LeBlanc asked.

"Yes, Master…" Apollyon spoke.

Yes, Apollyon is perfectly crafted to be a weapon like no other. But while members of the Black Rose continued to praise his strength, no one talks about the amount of sheer anguish he's gone through.

Chained by his arms Apollyon was left in near complete darkness, unable to move around his empty cage. Without his armor anyone can see him for what he truly is, a scared child. Covering his body were tattoo-like sigils that were carved into his skin. Each piece that was fused into his skin was pure agony as he could barely even struggle against the pain.

And those were the less painful ones. Besides from those his 'Masters' have done three major experiments to him all of which he has no knowledge of. All he could remember was a large metal helmet of green and black, an orb that glowed dark red and a small black cube made of solid shadow. They told him that he couldn't handle their full power and so he was only given a small amount of it.

But still, the suffering he endured from those three things, nearly broke his mind. But these cloaked fuckers underestimated Apollyon's will, his rage. He didn't know a lot, what he was, where he came from, not even what the world looks like. But he knew he wanted to kill… every… single member of the Black Rose. To watch them all, suffer, as he did.

But Apollyon is a smart boy, he knows they only give him more power the longer, he plays along as the Black Rose's tool of utter death, the sooner he can escape this horrible place.
