Arc 20, Descent into Darkness Chapter 151, Karin's Plan

While Arata slumbered and faced his trial, others were doing what they could do. Of course, this included Pierrot, Licht and Karin.

"The Le Fleur's powers are growing by the day. We must finish him soon." Karin says. "I've had it with him!"

"Try as you may, as long as he is guarded by his eight shields and eight sowrds, you will not get any closer." Licht stated. "And now with the Cardinal Beasts, Crest of Ancients and Zodiacs watching him, he is even harder to approach now."

"All I need is a clean shot to his head!" She exclaims.

"It will be pointless." Pierrot says.

Pierrot knows better than anypne that it'd be easy to get close to Arata at the moment but he says nothing. Because to him, how Arat will grow after this will be something interesting. So, he can't have Karin disrupt his plans right now.

Meanwhile, Licht was preparing his next game board. All the pieces were nearly in place, all he needs is the trigger. Which he is certain one of the two will provide him with. Licht knew tht Pierrot wanted this alliance to hinder their actions towards the Le Fleur.

Addy and Eddy watched in the sidelines, trying to gather as much as they can for Arata but know they won't be able to reach him at the moment. While Pierrot has been discussing with Licht, Karin sneaked a peek at Arata to see him sleeping like a child but was gardered by his Braves.

There was no way she could approach hin but maybe... of she had a way. Her attention turns to the Chimeras.

After the battle between Arata and Canis Venatici and Canis Minor, where the two beasts fell, Sirius and the other True Beasts have stayed silent as if they're planning something. Karin was hoping that that something was revenge, so she could find a way to assassinate Arata.

"Are the two of them really trustworthy, master?" Addy asked as Licht returned to his room

"They aren't but they are useful and will surely be useful." He answers.

"Master, it seems that Karin seems to be plitting something." Eddy says.

He notived something was off during their meeting so he kept a close eye on her after she left the meeting room.

"What do we do?" Eddy asked.

"Leave her be." Licht says. "After all, she knows nothing about the rules of this world nor that."

That world Licht was talking about was the place where the Chineras dwell. The Gap Between the two worlds and as such the perfect place for them to exist in, there was no evemy there, they could easily train and strategize there as there is no ear that could hear what they would plot.

And what Kairn doesn't know is that there is an unspoken rule among the parties involved. One the Chimeras will provide them with pawns as long as they promise none of their True Brothers are harmed. The second, if there are, the Chimeras will demand magical power, time and energy to moan for their lost brethren. Also, it was forbidden for anyone to disturb their nest when they were mourning.

"Then, what would happen if they see her?" Abb y asked.

"I do know nor I care." He answers. "All I can say is that whatever she is planning will backfire greatly on her."

Without further words, Licht closes the door and the two stand there in silence. Meanwhile, Pierrot was preparing all the tools he needed when he smiled a crazy smile. He was excited, excited by the fact that the Le Fleur is growing stronger and the idea that he might be able to steal a great power for himself. But he knew, that before he can do anything, the piwer must first ripen.

Meanwhile the Chimeras, who were mourning the detah of Camis Vanatici and Canis Minor. The bodies of the two have returned to mere powder that will disappear. As Sirius was mourning the death of his two relatives, was distrubed by Alrescha when she tells him that she has caught an intruder.

Sirius goes off to meet with said intruder who was thrown into a celm and frees her. He asks why she has appeared before him and she tells him why. As Sirius also hated the Le Fleur, Karin thoght they'd be on her side when he shales his head.

"Why?! Don't you also hate the Le Fleur?!" She exclaimed.

"I hate him. He has taken three of our brothers!" He exclaimed. "However, now is not the time and I will not risk losing anymore."

Karin clicked her tongue as she tried to figure out a way to change theri minds when Sirius opnes his mouth.

"However, if you can bring me proof that your plan succeed I might be willing to send some of our own to fight with you." Sirius says.

Meanwhile, back at Wings Academy, Arata who had been asleep for three days had been having nightmares more frequently now. To which, Van says is normal as Arata was performing a trial not a nap.

They were all worried and uneasy but believed in Arata. That he would succeed and find an answer that suits his best. While they were dealing with Arata in shifts, the others would train, create tools and patrol the school. This of course was the only thing they could do besides wait for Arata to awaken not knowing what their enemies were scheming.

"It's a deal." Sirius smiles as he offers his hand to Karin.

"Good choice." She smiles as she shakes his outstretched hand.

Much to the two's surpise, Karin found an answer that was beneficial to both sides. As such, Karin's ppan was slowly starting to form. And, with her twisted grin and laugh, departs back to the nromal world with a great big smile on her face.

"It is nearly time to begin. My long awaited revenge!" She laughed as she galred down on the human world.
