Before this begins, just wanted to make note that I am the one deciding on what individuals are invited to the chat group. Also, don't expect the members to be a bunch of women just to increase the size of the MCs harem. I'm adding people who I think will be a new and interesting addition, a bit more out of the usual norm.

Don't get your hopes up, the next member isn't female.

Also, I'll leave the vote up for whether or not he should go to ANHS up for a few more hours before I close it off. So far, it seems that majority are voting yes. Whatever the final vote ends up being, please do respect whatever the outcome is.

『Yuna: Pokémon? For real?』

『Zhongli: Are you familiar with it?』

『Yuna: Yeah, it's a world about balls. Big balls. To put it simply, there are creatures called Pokémon and tend to live alongside humans. Though, there are some special cases. Pokémon also all hold all kinds of special powers and such as well』

『Yuna: Does anyone else know of Pokémon?』

『Sakurada Akane: I do. Not a whole lot though』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: Same, and just like Akane, I don't know too much about it. My knowledge on it is limited to very basic things』

While Yamato is aware of what Pokémon is since it was a very popular franchise from back home, his knowledge wasn't the greatest. He had never gone past the fourth generation games, and he hadn't even watched the anime past like the tenth episode.

He just didn't like the main character. Maybe he was just being unfair, but he just couldn't get into watching the anime series. Kind of painful to watch some kid who has a pretty annoying personality, at least in his opinion.

He wasn't the biggest expert on anime either, he was just a casual. He did of course know the classic anime like Dragon Ball, One Piece, and more, it was kind of hard not to considering how popular they are.

『Sadao Maou: How do you know about it? Isn't it a completely different reality?』

『Yuna: Ever heard of an anime?』

『Sadao Maou: Yeah, those weird animated shows. Never got into them』

『Zhongli: So, this Pokémon world is an anime?』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: Pretty much. How extensive is your knowledge on the subject, Yuna? Akane? I only know basic things up to the fourth generation, any further than that than I'm hopeless』

『Sakurada Akane: I'm pretty much in the same boat. I don't know much more than you do』

『Yuna: Don't worry, guys. I'm your bear! I may not have access to any kind of anime right now, but I have a very good memory!』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: We'll be counting on you for information then』

『Zhongli: +1』

『Sadao Maou: +1』

Yamato smiled as at least one of the members seemed to have an extensive knowledge on Pokémon, and even if Yuna forgets something, Akane might be able to look something up since it seems that her world also has the Pokémon franchise.

Though, he did wonder if the information and such about it was different since they weren't from the same realities. Who knows, maybe the main character in Akane's world's version of Pokémon had a female protagonist instead or whatever

He himself had no way of getting information as Pokémon didn't exist in this world.

『Zhongli: We will be going to this world of Pokémon, correct? If that is the case, then it will be rather interesting to see what it will be like. No matter the fact that I am a god and how old I may be, an experience like this is truly a gift』

『Akane Sakurada: Oh yeah, you said that you're the Geo Archon. You have elemental powers that have to do with earthly elements if I remember correctly, right?』

『Zhongli: Indeed』

『Yuna: We should all be careful with how we act when we go to the world. I'm saying this especially to you, Zhongli and Maou』

『Sadao Maou: Why? You said that these Pokémon things have special powers, would it be that bad if we were to display our own?』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: Yuna said that because the humans in the Pokémon world don't have special powers themselves. With very very few exceptions. If we just show our powers, then that would warrant some crazy unwanted attention』

The very few exceptions that Yamato was talking about were psychics, such as Sabrina the Saffron City gym leader and also Aura Guardians. Abilities like those individuals were already incredibly rare in the Pokémon world, and if they showed new kinds of abilities like the ones they have, then some issues and crazy attention would rise on them.

The only times that they would display their powers would be when they were doing the main mission objectives. Though, it wasn't like they were going to be in that world forever, so gaining the attention wouldn't affect them too much if they are seen near the end of their mission.

『Sadao Maou: So it's like my current world where magic is only a fantasy concept?』

『Yuna: You can think of it like that. Except their powers aren't referred to as magic』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: From the looks of it, we only have one day to prepare before it will most likely force teleport us. I'm going to go and prepare a few things then, see you guys later. In person』

『Yuna: I'll do the same then, see ya』

『Zhongli: I look forward to meeting you all』

『Sadao Maou: Same』

『Sakurada Akane: See you all!』

After getting offline from the chat group, Yamato gave a small sigh before a small smile graced his lips. He wasn't sure how the Pokémon were going to be, maybe he could get a challenge. Nonetheless, just getting the chance to go to the Pokémon world was a gift.

While he wasn't your die hard fan of the series, he would still treasure the opportunity to travel to a world that so many people had come to adore. It was the literal world of Pokémon, something that made a great impact in many people's childhoods.

Anyway, he would start preparing everything after he took a shower and had dinner. There really wasn't a whole lot he could bring, aside from the essentials like extra clothes, perhaps some food and water, and maybe camping stuff if he really wanted,

Though, the mission seemed to state that they were going to be given 5,000,000 Pokedollars, which he knew was a good damn amount. They could probably survive off of that for a few months, and he doubted they would be in that world for any more than a month, though he could be entirely wrong.

Nonetheless, it would be safe to bring some stuff just in case.

Preparations didn't take long, though it was kind of difficult to give an excuse to his parents as to why he was bringing food and stuff up to his room after school. He usually never ate that much, so seeing him bring up a bunch of different food was suspicious.

Clothing wasn't an issue at all as all his clothes were inside of his closet. All of the clothes that he decided to take were all put inside of a decently large backpack, though he could easily carry it over his right shoulder due to his strength. The food was also placed in one of the other compartments, all of it mainly being an assortment of snacks.

Ones that wouldn't go bad quickly and could be eaten anywhere and at any time. He wasn't just going to put something like a carton of milk in his bag and have it go bad, that would be disgusting. There was also the chance of it spilling or accidentally opening while in his bag, that would be a real pain.

Anyway, he was now prepared for the trip as he zipped up his backpack before swinging it over his shoulder. His current attire was casual, consisting of a simple white t-shirt with long sleek black pants and black and white running shoes. Perfect for both hot and warm weather, and he had a jacket in his backpack if he got cold.

Which was very unlikely as he was pretty damn resilient to any kind of temperature. He could walk in the damn arctic or in a powerful blizzard without any clothes without feeling affected by the cold temperatures that would surround him.

Aside from that though, he looked down at the black wristwatch that he had on around his left wrist. The mission did state that their mission would begin in a day's time, and it was almost the exact time that it was yesterday when they had received the notification for the task.

He was also curious to find out if time really would stop for this world when he left, just the idea of absolutely everything being suspended in time was intriguing.

"Any second now..."

Literally a few seconds after he muttered those words, Yamato noticed his entire room suddenly gain a grey tint as all sounds also seemed to have ceased, even the chirps of the birds outside and the faint sounds of cars driving outside.

Yamato widened his eyes, though quickly returned to his casual self as he looked around before noticing something forming on the ground near his bed. He blinked as what appeared to be a white portal of sorts suddenly formed, which was shaped as a circle with a diameter of around two or so meters.

"I guess that's my ride, hopefully it won't take too long." Yamato muttered as he walked on over and stared down over the portal. From the looks of it, the portal was just an endless tunnel of spiralling black and white energy. "Time really stopped, interesting..."

At least this really did solidify the fact that whoever made this Chat Group was an individual with incredible amounts of power, just the power to completely stop time alone was immense. It was most likely God who invited him to this chat, or perhaps another deity, he wasn't entirely sure.

"Well, better not keep the others waiting." Yamato gave a small smile as he took a few steps back before doing a small run up before diving into the portal and began falling through as if he was skydiving. Glancing back, he noticed the entrance close up behind him.

Putting that aside, Yamato turned his attention back to his front as he calmly watched as what looked to be smaller portals the size of plates rushing past his view as he continued falling. Each of them seemed to depict different realities, though he didn't get to see them clearly due to how fast he was falling.

『Sakurada Akane: Guys! I'm kind of falling through a portal right now, is this safe?!』

『Sadao Maou: I've been through portals before, but this is the mots sickening one I have ever fallen through! I think I'm gonna hurl!』

『Zhongli: Just try to push through, everyone. This is only the beginning』

『Yuna: I think I'm gonna be sick...』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: Did you guys end up packing some things you may need? I brought along some extra clothes, some snacks, and that's pretty much it』

『Yuna: Just basic essentials like some food, nothing else really』

『Sakurada Akane: Same here, I wasn't sure what to bring』

『Sakurada Akane: Sorry!』

『Zhongli: I must apologise as well, there wasn't anything I knew to bring along for the occasion. I had only mentally prepared myself for the coming events』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: That's fine』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: If we need to buy anything, we have those funds that were given to us by the chat group. What about you, Maou?』

『...』

『Kurenai Yamato [Admin]: You there?』

『Yuna: He might be hurling』

No one in the chat really knew how to respond to that, though it seems that they wouldn't get the chance either as Yamato soon took notice of the bright light at the end of the tunnel. He narrowed his eyes slightly due to the intensity of the light, though he did soon notice a card suddenly materialise in front of him.

"What's this?" Yamato curiously took hold of the card as he looked at the information on it, and quickly reading it, he could easily tell that this was some form of a credit card. It looked very similar to credit cards back home, so this card must be where the money was held. "Oh, here we go!"

...

Upon making it to the end of the tunnel, almost instantaneously, his entire vision was soon filled with a vast view of what looked to be an island that he was falling down towards. It was surrounded by an endless view of the ocean, and from the looks of it, the island had a vast range of cliffs and more.

"Those..." Yamato widened his eyes slightly when he could see the appearance of a few similar portals to the one that he entered appeared in the sky, though they appeared to be hovering over different parts of the island that he was currently falling towards. 'The others are probably going to be falling out of those, we'll need to meetup.'

"Kyaa~!"

Yamato blinked when he heard the rather loud scream, and it was very much close to where he was. Looking back over his shoulder, he noticed another portal had appeared behind him. The voice was no doubt coming from inside, though the source of said voice soon made their appearance as they came falling out.

The person that came out was a young girl that appeared to be the same age as Yamato, along with having long red hair that was tied into twin-tails. She was wearing casual clothing that consisted of a pale-green frilled shirt along with a black short-skirt and black shoes, in her arms was a small backpack.

"Akane, is that you?!" Yamato shouted so that she could hear him. Hearing his voice, the girl managed to get her screaming under control as she looked down to see a young male her age falling backwards and staring up at her. 'She ain't wearing a bear suit, so she can't be Yuna, right?'

"Y-Yamato...?!" Akane seemed to stutter as she looked at him, Yamato nodded his head in response to his name being called out. "Wh-What do we do?!"

"Didn't you say that you can change the gravity around yourself and others? Why not make yourself fly or something?" Yamato shouted back to her as Akane seemed to blink before seemingly face-palming herself as she soon began to glow a faint crimson red, and she seemed to immediately stop falling.

"I can't believe I forgot all about my own powers, that falling was too scary..." Akane held her face in embarrassment as she was seen floating in the sky. However, she widened her eyes in realisation. "Wait, Yamato! Where are you?!"

Akane looked down and her eyes widened in horror as the young male was falling down as fast as natural gravity could make him go, and he was nearing the island. In a panic, she quickly began flying down as fast as she could after him.

In Yamato's point of view, he just simply stared as he was approaching the ground. He soon positioned himself so that he was going to land on his feet, and it didn't take long before he made contact with the ground. Causing a small explosion when he landed as rocky debris was thrown everywhere.

"Y-Yamato?! Are you okay?!" Akane's voice could be heard screaming as she slowed herself down and landed before running towards where Yamato had landed. She tried calling out to him from within the dust cloud that had formed due to the impact. "Yamato!"

The cloud of dust slowly began to disperse as Akane could see a silhouette of a figure slowly walking out of the crater, and from the looks of it, they were coming towards where she was. When the figure emerged from the remaining dust, it was revealed to of course be Yamato as he was casually dusting off his clothes and the bag he carried.

"Y-You're okay?!"

"A simple fall like that isn't going to do anything to me. I didn't even feel it." Yamato gave a small shrug and a smile as he responded. Akane seemed to remember that Yamato was indeed ranked at the top of the power rankings, so he obviously wasn't a normal human. But, to come out unscathed by such a fall was incredible. "Well, nice to officially meet you, Akane."

"Oh, r-right! It's a p-pleasure, Yamato...!" Akane seemed to have clocked in as she responded to his words. She looked away though, unable to meet his eyes as she spoke. Since all that happened and finished quickly, the situation was kind of awkward for her as her shyness began kicking in. It didn't help either that Yamato was quite the looker.

"You alright?"

"Y-Yeah! I'm just not used to talking with people face to face..."

She knew that her shyness was a big problem of hers, and she only talked comfortably with her family and her close friends that she had at school. Her shyness was a major problem, especially around bigger crowds, and even more so if she was the main focus.

It was true that she had gotten along with everyone in the chat group over the past few fays and she had definitely considered them her friends, but she had never actually spoken to them face to face. Her face time was now as she was now speaking with Yamato directly, and not through messaging.

Thank goodness this was only him right now as she usually found it just difficult to get any words at all out of her mouth in front of a large crowd, so since it was just Yamato here, it wasn't as hard to fight down her shyness a bit, at least enough for her to make proper conversation.

"Oh yeah, your nickname did have 'shy' in it, it just never showed since everyone was texting." Yamato nodded his head in understanding. He then held his hand forwards. "Well, I hope we can overcome that shyness of course in the future. It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Akane."

"S-Same here!" Yamato just chuckled a bit when she shook his hand quickly, the handshake being pretty forceful and stiff due to Akane's state, but we move. "S-So... where are the others? I don't see anyone else aside from us..."

"Well, I did happen to see other portals opening up above different areas above this island, they most likely fell from those." Yamato explained as Akane nodded her head at this. "I memorised the general area where I saw them, so we should get going so we can meet up with them as soon as possible."

"R-Right, I'll message them to let them know!"
