Escaping from the pursuit, Technos got no other choice but to run like no tomorrow. Even a Medan-Material Short Sword will start to get blunt the more he strikes against the monsters. Left with no other choice, he runs from Zone 2 into Zone 1, where it was mainly populated with Red Ruby Lizards.

When he noticed the number of chasing Red Ruby Champion reduced into only three left, Technos guts returned to him. The Flying Knife went straight into the one of the torso of a Red Ruby Champion and left that beast to fall down on the ground.

As for the two remaining Red Ruby Champion, Technos charged forward to met their attack face on. The sword strike deep into the body of the one in the right, and against the left, he can only rely on his Old World Steel Equipment to take that bite.

The bite destroys his Shoulder-Armor, but it allows him to escape from the next attack. While the Red Ruby Champion continues to chew that armor, Technos charged at the injured Red Ruby Champion to land a lethal strike. And it was successful when the head and body separated from each other.

But the moment he moved his attention at the chewing Red Ruby Champion, the one slightly injured with a flying knife on its body lunge itself on Technos and knock him down on the ground. He rolled on the ground few time to escape from their next attack, and it was a success when the two monsters failed to bit their target.

Technos stabilized his position once more before he launched an attack. A swing struck the neck of one Red Ruby Champion, leading it to bleed furiously before that monster fall on the ground. With only one opponent left, he charged. It did not take him too long to defeat all three opponents and stored them into his Left Elon Bracer.

After picking up the collectibles around where he stands, Technos returned to the Dominus Forest. Few students that saw him once more were surprised with his tenacity to survive like an Obsidian Cockroach.

"Next, the Guard Hunter's Department. They're the protectors, guardians, and also the Law Enforcers for the Dominus Fortress. "Last, the Commercial Hunter's Department. You may already know this, but they're the businessman of the city. Open trading and business opportunity are given to people in this department. "If you choose to follow the Pioneer Hunter's path, come and stand in front of me. I, Terrorian, will not make you disappointed." the first teacher explained his department background.

"And if you fancy the high and respectful path of a Guard Hunter, the come to me, Rolando." the second teacher state his standing. The action is followed by the third teacher.

"If you prefer to use your mind and expertise in your path, then come to me, Daguza. I will make sure you're a thousand times wealthier when you graduated." the way he speaks is almost like...

The students take a glance at each another before decided their path. Unexpectedly, six of them chosen the Pioneer Hunter Department, with three on the Guard Hunter Department. As for the Commercial Hunter Department, only Technos picked this department.

"Teacher Daguza, I hope you won't mind Technos bothering you." he greets the teacher properly for the first time, and this gesture just bought himself a good impression. With only one student participates in his department, won't he put all his attention and time to nurture him?

Technos keep this secret hidden inside him and followed Daguza. When they reach a smaller classroom, Technos is surprised by what's placed inside.

"From tomorrow onwards, this will be your classroom for additional studies. Classes will proceed as usual, if you're not tasked with any missions, this will be your monthly timetable." Daguza left him a note stated that for every 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th and 50th of the month, he's expected to come here to attend Daguza's lecture.

Additionally, Daguza gave a Technos a beautifully made Doomsday Century Calendar. They called the calendar the new Moon phase, where each month contains 5 weeks. In each week is ten days, which totaled up to 50 days in a month, five weeks, and in total, one year is 500 days or ten months.

The changes begin similarly with the calculation of the First day, First Month, First Year of the Doomsday Calendar, which was then followed by the Dominus Fortress since. Inside the calendar was only numbers and date, but not any holiday.

As it was already the 47th Day, First Month, 715th Year of Doomsday Century, his extra class is expected to start in the next three days. For him, this three is the most extraordinary moment in his life. Taking the Strength Stimulant Vial, he obtained a small increment in his physical strength.

Although their increment is a mere pound of strength, that 500gm of differences is crucial when one facing a battle in life and death situation. But their increase is inconsistent. From the five vials, two increases his strength by 2 pounds and the other three increases 300gm in total.

Bringing the little increment close to three pounds into battle, Technos chose to fight using his Old World Steel weapon. The two weaponry he bought from the store cost him 10gm of Mineral Salt, but it wasn't an issue for him, especially when he's counted as wealthy due to the existence of 180gm of Ruby Salt inside his Right Elon Bracer.

Without a hint of difficulties, he went past the barricades formed by the Red Ruby Lizards and entered the location he found the nest for the Ruby Scarabs not long ago. With an additional amount of Ruby Scarabs in his inventory, he can continue with the production of Strength Stimulant Vial again.

But the lady luck wasn't standing by his side today.

He walked toward the nest built from piles of decomposed leaves. He was shocked to see an empty nest, but after the pulse further confirming that there's no longer any Ruby Scarabs left behind, he gives up on searching and left the nest.
