Incantations

I see a big setup of weapons in the middle of the field, behind it I see Vyre pocking one of them...

(Vyre) you're late...

(Avero) no, you are too early, you gotta stop that habit of yours, it's fucking my time up

(Vyre) Since when the youngest prince of Gillian is concerned about time?

(Avero) since I choose to succeed you...

(Vyre) you still have a lot to learn, the first thing you need to remember right now is that you need to forget about time, about having a drink, about playing with girls, that's a Sign of regular folk you need to be more than far more than that 

(Avero) yes, I know that, why did you choose this place anyway, I can't do much in here this place might fall down if I do...

(Vyre) today I wanna see how will you deal with small incantations...just use as little power as possible

(Avero) that could be hard, let's try it

I chose one of the swords and began to coat it with rock incantation

out of eight incantations, I can only use two: rock and fire

Note: in this world are eight incantations: rock, fire, water, storm(thunder/wind)arcane, light, darkness, and sanity, The most difficult to obtain is sanity, creatures of this world usually have one incantation, some people like Vyre have at least three, incantations work with the soul of creature, if creature coats himself with incantation too much it might take damage.

Dust and some bits of concrete began to pile on my sword making it somewhat harder and more durable 

I know Vyre has fire, light, and storm incantations which is tough, I have never seen him using at least two of them

(Avero) ready?

(Vyre) anytime...

I quickly coat my legs with fire inc to speed up and charge straight to him but he quickly replied with a fire slash that was small but enough to distract my eyes for a second

out of nowhere he appeared right behind me and slashed my back but I blocked it with my sword behind me coating it with fire to damage him but he was gone once more

I looked around and could see him anywhere, it was light inc, and at least four of them went straight at me, I knew all of them were fake, he was using a light inc to make clones of himself he was taking this more seriously than ever before 

I used Fire Inc. to coat myself with fire, it hurts a tiny bit but I can cancel his Light Inc. clones 

(Vyre) well well, you learned some new stuff...

(Avero) do you think I was doing nothing when you were gone?

I charged straight at him with my fire body coating it even more and slashed my sword straight at him

but he blocked it with a single hand using only Rock Inc

he looked a little disappointed 

(Vyre) is this it? this is nothing compared to what I can do...

in disbelief, I charged my fire inc even more it hurt but still managed to scrap his hand

but he quickly got up and charged Rock Inc. on his sword cane and pointed straight at my head 

in no time I lost not even realizing it, he was just a clone toying with me

I guess my Fire Inc. wasn't even enough to make his clones disappear 

I could feel the tip of the sword right behind my head

(Vyre) uh huh, you lost... you've still got a lot to learn kid

(Avero) I...don't.....

(Vyre) don't be sad now, you still have a lot of time to learn some new things, your incantations need more polishing and you need to be sharper against your surroundings.

I could not believe it I lost to a clone? how weak am I?

no....it was my stupidity and inability to understand my enemy

(Avero) next time....next time for sure I'm going to be a lot stronger, just watch.

(Vyre) I hope you do because you've got a lot of time on your hands, I'm going to the south... today the Salia region rebelled again, it's the fourth time in these two years, I have to go as soon as possible...

(Avero) but you just got here today...let Brutly family deal with it they are supposed to be dealing with that region

(Vyre)I know it's just that Salia hired some crazy ex-general of the Trizia empire and you know what that means right? fight is definitely going to be tough for our Legion

(Avero) well...let me go with you, it will be one hell of a lesson to go to the war with you

(Vyre) I don't think that would be a good idea...

(Avero) why? someday I will have to do it anyway let it be sooner than later

(Vyre) well if the emperor orders me to, sure thing.... just remember war is different from bandits you encouter in these parts, especially in the south...it would be a blood bath

(Avero) got it, I'll let my father know, I'm sure he will agree

(Vyre) oh by the way you're brother Vitli is here in the arena he's making a ruckus about something, it might be a good idea if you check up on him

(Avero) oh for fuck sake, what the hell did he do? thanks for the training Vyre... I'll let you know if Father agrees

Vitli is in the arena? I wonder why, he never really cares about fights
