The Divine Suppressing Physique
Meng Hao wanted to cultivate again but he knew his body right now was very weak. With the memories of the 3 experts, he saw how powerful a Divine Tribulation was and knew that without a strong body he didn't have a chance to survive his transcendence. So he looked through his memories and found an interesting technique called the Divine Suppressing Technique which allows the person to cultivate the Divine Suppressing Physique. It was a physique that could allow you to destroy entire worlds with just a finger when cultivated to its peak, but it required an immense amount of Qi to cultivate it to that insanely high stage. In the lower stages, the Divine Suppressing Physique allows one to increase their body strength when needed to make it lighter when needed so at one point you can make your attack seem like its going to shatter the earth or you can make the attack swift where no one can see you coming. Another side effect is it allows Meridians to open up even wider causing cultivation to be smoother and attacks can have more power because more Qi can flow out of the meridians during a killer move.

The 3 Martial Spirits activated and Qi started flowing around his body increasing his cultivation. The Royal Divine Pheniox Bloodline and Lightning Core also activated and more Qi started entering Meng Hao's body. His body started to glow as the Divine Suppressing Technique started to burn on his body which caused the Divine Suppressing Physique to form.
Most of the Qi in this courtyard came from the Lightning Core forming earlier and allowed this cultivation to go much more smoothly than the first time. The Divine Suppressing Physique started to build up in his body and popping sounds were heard in every muscle, bone, and joint in his body. The pain was almost unbearable but he still to keep a straight face because building up a physique for the first time requires the person's utmost attention or else if you mess up part of the technique your body will never be fit to cultivate again.
After the unbearable hours of pain, the Divine Suppressing Technique was done and his body started glowing a bright golden color, he reached the Iron Skin Hard Body Stage for Physiques. His cultivation also increased the Qi Sensing Stage 5 and although the aura of the Martial Spirits grew they didn't upgrade like before.
Meng Hao stopped cultivating because he needed to consolidate his new physique and realm. He decided to practice a Martial Arts Skill because all this cultivation will not be effective without a martial arts skill to go with it.
Meng Hao searched his memories for a while and decided on the Myriad Piercing Bow Arts, the Void Movement Arts, and the Asura Slashing Knife Arts. The Myriad Piercing Bow Arts allows one to shoot powerful arrows that when trained to its peak can pierce any armor or defense that is in its way. The Void Movements Arts is a powerful movement technique that when trained to it peak can literally cause you to disappear and appear at will, but it needs you to have a light body which is one of the specialties of the Divine Suppressing Physique. The last arts he picked it the Asura Slashing Knife Arts because as a bow user he also needs a close-range weapon just in case and with the Knife Arts its power would be only second to the Bow, the technique when trained to its peak can cause mountains to separate in half when he slices.
The reason Meng Hao doesn't want to use the Yin-Yang Panda and the Divine Primordial Dragon is that they both take too much Qi to sustain more than 5 attacks and he also wants to keep them as a trump card. He was confident with these 3 techniques and the Heaven-Piercing Golden Bow no one was a match for the competition in 1 week.
Meng Hao went into seclusion practicing the 3 martial arts while everyone else is completely clueless to his power up and the dark horse of the competition.

At the Ouyang Clan, Ouyang Ru and Ouyang Tu, the Patriarch of the Ouyang Clan, were sitting down with frowns.
Ouyang Ru turned to her father and asked: "You bought the Crimson Flame Whip why aren't you giving it to me yet."
Ouyang Tu sighed "We needed that cauldron to refine the Crimson Flame Whip, but that old monster took the cauldron and left before we were even able to talk to him again. I am sure he doesn't have a good impression of us based on the way he talked to us."

Ouyang Tu rubbed his daughters head and said "You are right after you are an inner disciple in the Wilderness Spirit Sect all other clans will have to bow down to us. I will make the Meng Clan suffer because of his actions."
Their mood started to become better as they pushed their anger on the Meng Clan and imagined the Meng Clan suffering. Little did they know that Meng Hao is much stronger then they could ever imagine.
