a strange goodnye

Later that night me and Jules were walking hand in hand when I noticed

something in the bushes, It looked like someone in a gilly suit pointing a bow

directly at me and Jules! "Duck!" I said Jumping to the ground and pulling her

with me right as multiple arrows shot out at us. Our faces were so close, our eyes

locked and I could've sworn she was blushing just a little bit and I probably was

too. The arrows stopped after about 10 minutes and I broke eye contact and

pulled out my bow pointing it at one of the directions it was coming from and saw

the person again and shot at their arm not wanting to kill but to stop them from

shooting. I turned to the other side and saw that Jules already knocked the other

one out with the butt of her sword. "Do you think there are any more hiding?" I

asked "I don't know" she replied "we should get back to the others," I said and

she nodded saying "probably" and with that, we started heading back to our

makeshift campsite. When we got back everyone was there except for our

strange aquantances. Their camp was taken down and the only thing that said

that they were there was a new pond with clear water and a tree decorated with

icicles. I looked closer at the tree and saw a piece of paper, it read

"to our interesting new friends, it seemed being here with you guys was changing

how things were supposed to happen, the glass between our realities is

shattering We would love to stay but we just cannot. we hope you guys don't die

and that you can continue your quest, but we have our own jobs and world to get

back to, if you ever need to get ahold of us, there's a coin pouch at the bottom of

the pond. If youre ever in need make a rainbow by a small pond and throw in one

coin, and ask for us. This may not work due to how our world works but It should
