A Match Without Kuroko

Without Kuroko, HBI was worried. They had already secured a spot in the InterHigh but they wanted to win the preliminaries as extra practice. Their next match was against Shutoku High. They had an ace that could land any shot he takes and he was one of the 'Generation of Miracles' They wanted to win with all costs. They wanted to come out on top. In both the preliminaries and the actual competition.

They started to train. They wanted to practice and adjust to matches without their ace duo. They didn't want to be utterly useless without Kuroko. They wanted to prove to themselves that Kuroko wasn't their only good player. They wanted to be the best. With or without him. They focused on their individual attributes. The day came for the match against Shutoku High. They didn't want to only defend against Midorima because they didn't know how much they had improved or changed, so they played as normal. Shutoko had advanced. All of them were elite they were good at shooting, fast, and had stamina. Shutoku was beating them 54-8 in the third quarter.
