In a store room where anbu gear and a lot of other stuff like shurikens, kunai were lined up properly was suddenly a movement as two figures appeared out of nowhere.

"This… did you just use transportation jutsu?" Tsunade who found the surroundings change from the hospital to a completely unknown place was truly caught by surprise, inquiring while turning to look at Kazuki next to her.

Kazuki didn't answer her query immediately and gazing around for a second stepped towards a shelve and picked up a konoha forehead protector among the many.

"I had placed a flying raijin mark within nawaki's forehead protector in case of any danger; I'm glad I did that."

Told Kazuki about his actions in the past to Tsunade, stretching the konoha forehead protector that belonged to Nawaki towards her.

Hearing his words, Tsunade couldn't help but show an emotional look on her face as without saying anything she took the forehead protector from his hands.

Cold… what was I even thinking? He is always there for everyone Said Tsunade inwardly as she couldn't help but mock her earlier thoughts of kazuki being cold and someone who she never saw through, whenever she has encountered a trouble he has been there to help her.

"We have to be careful from here onwards as currently we are at the headquarters of root organization; I don't need you to fight and bear the charge of killing the shinobi of your own village, so just follow my trail"

Kazuki unaware of Tsunade's thoughts gave her details about their current location and the actions they would take.

"What!!? Root Organization!!" Kazuki's words fell and an explosion seem to take place in Tsunade's head, unable to contain her shock and surprise and asking again in a loud voice.

Tsunade's voice seem to reach outside the store room as there was a movement outside, next moment the door opening with a bang.

Three root members donning the battle gear and masks hiding their face stood at the door, the eyes under the mask fixed on Kazuki and Tsunade.

"It's Kazuki Aoyama and Princess Tsunade"

"What are they doing here?"

The root members didn't take more than a second to recognize the identity of two intruders, truly shocked at why are they here.

Clink!

But they didn't even get time to clear their doubts, seeing the man with silver hair pulling out the Kusanagi behind his back as their danger senses shot to roof.

Damn!!

Like a deadly beast was staring at them, the root members who had been trained to stay calm in all situations couldn't do it anymore.

Swish!

And then it happened, Kazuki squatting a little and shooting towards them like a bullet.

Thwack

The Root Member who stood front just got time to move back a little but that was far from enough; the Kusanagi slashed through his body diagonally from shoulder to the waist; that part separated from the body and slipped down, blood flying everywhere.

Swish! Swish!

The other two root members at this situation quickly jumped back in opposite directions to gain distance.

But that strategy didn't work as before both of them a kunai with bandage coiled around the handle appeared, thrown in both directions by Kazuki.

Thwack Thwack

Kazuki and his clone simultaneously materialized beside two airborne root members. With a swift motion, Kazuki's blade met one adversary, and his clone's struck the other, severing their heads in a single, fluid arc.

Poof!

Thud!

Kazuki's clone vanished as calmly he landed back on the ground, the head of both root members with the mask still on rolling around him

 Swish!

Tsunade rushed out of the store room into the long corridor and her eyes couldn't help but show dread at the cruel sight, one decapitated and two headless root members lying on the ground and among them standing Kazuki with blood still dripping down his blade.

In a room within the headquarters,

"Anything for the village, Elder Danzo!"

"Good"

Seeing Ryo and Yui Aoyama on one knee before him and accepting the task, Danzo finally showed a slight impressed look and praised them both.

Knock! Knock!!

But at this moment, the door of the room was banged continuously with some force catching Danzo by surprise who immediately gave permission to enter.

"Lord Danzo! Kazuki Aoyama and Princess Tsunade has infiltrated the base and are killing every root shinobi they see"

"What!!"

The root shinobi's words fell and it felt like the world under Danzo had slipped as nearly tripping down, shock and disbelief on his face.

"Damn!! How did they find that he is here!!?"

It didn't take Danzo much time to figure out the reason behind their appearance here but what Danzo couldn't understand how they found out about nawaki being held here.

He had left zero evidence behind that would link nawaki's disappearance towards him but then how did this still happen? Danzo truly shocked.

BOOM!!!

Just as Danzo was trying to understand the sudden situation, an explosion not far away from here was took outside as even the room shook a little, the expression on his face turning even ugly.

Swish! Swish!

"Leave Kazuki to us, Elder Danzo!"

At this moment Ryo and Yui behind Danzo moved and pulling out the blade fixed on their backs rushed out of the room, their voice falling in the ears of the panicked Danzo.
