Knights Of Astellan

Two years after the fairy-human kingdom Magicae gets rebuilt from the Pixies and the Devil Kirolorria's attacks, the daughter of King Eris and his husband King Henry goes to the land of nymphs, Astellan that has a boarding school that she is required to attend to strengthen the kingdoms alliance. She finds herself new friends quickly and gets recruited into a special group. She navigates her way through school, friendship, family, and magic, but some far away entities have evil plans for Astellan. (SPINOFF/SEQUEL TO Fairy and Fairy Hunter) P.S if you haven’t read Fairy and Fairy Hunter this might not make sense, so I recommend reading that first. (A lot of chapters of the Fairy and Fairy hunter are kinda badly written chapters, but I was in my flop-no-good-novel-writing era. But please read that first and try to make sense of it.

Scarwa Maeidona

Grayson walks into a room and Jessica is lying in a bed, eyes open. "Jessica, you're awake. I'm-"

"I don't care who you are. Get me food right now." Jessica said weakly but rudely. Grayson nodded and turned around. "And tell them not to come in yet. I need some more time." Jessica said before closing her eyes, still in the same position.

Grayson walks into the living room and sees the knights. "How is she?" Aeron stood and asked. "Uh, she's hungry and peaceful, I think. She doesn't want you guys to come in yet. She's still rejuvenating." Grayson responded. He then picks up the box of pizza. "Just wait by the door till she's ready."

Grayson walks into the room and Jessica slowly sits up. Grayson placed the food on her lap, and she began to eat. "So, who are you?" She asked, mouth full. "I'm Grayson. A former knight." He responds. "You know I would be surprised but, I'm just hungry," Jessica said. "Uh, I can see. You're almost done but just started." Grayson chuckles. "I haven't eaten in a year." She said taking her last bite. "So, I sense the rest of the crew is standing right by the door." She stands and walks to the door. "Oh, and sorry for being so rude earlier. I was pretty desperate for food and didn't feel like talking." She apologized. "It's totally understandable." He said.

"Slyvie, King Eris is here," Deliandre said. "Let him in."

"Sylvie, it's nice to see you. How are you holding up?" Says Eris. "I'm holding up very good. It's my kingdom that's not. Crimes have spiked ever since they left. My kingdom needs its knights, and I need my daughter." Says Sylvie. "We both do," Eris says sympathetically. "I contacted a friend of mine on Earth so will know if they're there." He says. "Well, that makes me a little happy."

"So, how are you feeling?" Aeron asked as he handed Jessica a drink. "I feel fine. The problem is I only have a tad bit of my magic right now." She says. "How?" Rose asked. "When we got blasted into space, I only had one option if I wanted to save you all. And that was to unintentionally put you all asleep." Says Jessica. They gasp. "What do you mean you put them to sleep?" Questioned Grayson. "As soon as I reeled you all into my Sphere of Protection, you all fell asleep. To contain the spell, multiple conscious couldn't be awakened while in the sphere or it would burst. The only way that I could've contained the spell was if I agreed to the consequences of it." She says. "Oh, we all understand. Doing spells for the first time is not easy." Ashamoke says. "Wait, do you guys hear that?" Sloan asked looking towards the hall. "Hear what?" Asked Zoe. "I don't know. Don't you have super hearing, nymph?" Sloan responded. Zoe rolled her eyes and then focused on using her hearing.

"Hasan's whispering something. Sounds like he's in pain." "I'll go get my med kit." Grayson quickly stood and said. The rest of the group goes to the room where Hasan is.

He's sweating and whispering words. "It sounds like he's saying…"Jessica focuses on what he's whispering, trying to figure out what it is. Grayson drops the med kit, standing in the doorway. "Shit… at of all things his conscious could conjure it had to be that?!" Grayson worried. "What are you talking about? Is he dreaming about something that's making him whisper?" Asked Ashamoke. "He's probably dreaming about-" "Slave Master? Is that what he's saying?" Jessica asks herself. "How do you know that? How do you know what Scarwa Maeidona means?" Grayson asks frowning. "Fae is my mother tongue." Jessica smiles. "Is it really?" Rose asks stunned. "No, but that's not the point. Why is he saying slave master?" "Scarwa Maeidona is what he's saying." Said Grayson. "Who is that?" Asked Aeron. "It's not a who it's a what. Scarwa Maeidona, or Slave Master's Island is where Hasan and I grew up."

"Well, I'll be heading back. It's getting late." Eris tells Sylvie. "Well, see you another time Fairy God." Says Sylvie. "Huh?" He asks. "See you later, Eris." She replaces her sentence. Eris then began to fly and head back to his castle.

As Eris flies in the dark, he hears eerie whispers behind him. He turns his head, and nothing is there. Then slam! He hits his head on a huge tree branch and tumbles onto the ground. While he tries to get up, the whispers get stronger and begin to inflict pain. They suddenly stop.

He quickly stands when hearing twigs snap around him.

"I see you're quick on your feet, God King." A man spoke, hidden in the bushes. "Who are you?" Eris said fiercely. "Not even a scratch on you? Do you feel pain in your head? Well, none of that matters. All that matters is how qualified you are. Hmm, Jessacaria gets a lot from you." The man said still hidden from Eris' eyes. Eris' face quickly became engulfed in shock. His wings appear suddenly.

"Only my family and my kingdom's high-ranking officials know of my daughter's true name. I do not recognize your voice so therefore you are a stranger to me. Show yourself!" Eris bellowed. "Also quick to get mad when others contain private knowledge on his children. No need to get hostile, God King."

The man came out of the bushes with a gray mask covering his face. "You prayed and we listened." He says. "Wait, so you are…" his wings disappeared as he calmed down. "You're one of The Old." Says Eris. "Correct. And I met your daughter before she took on those Varians. We thank her for that." He says.

"Ugh, you take too long to recruit." A woman said walking up behind the masked man. "We're taking this induction to Knowledge." She snaps her fingers, and they all disappear in a blink of an eye.

"So, what is it? This Scarwa Maeidona place." Says Sloan. Grayson sighs. "It's the island where me and Hasan grew up. A little over sixteen years ago, a cult settled on that island to bring forth evil entities from the Dark Realm. And the cult thought why not let children do our work for us? They began to collect children and use them… us to build the portal. It was an island with children as slaves." Grayson elaborated.

"Why didn't you ever tell us?" Ashamoke asks. "It's not something that we wanted to talk about. Especially Hasan, he was on the island for a long time. His first ten years wasted on pain, slavery, and imprisonment." Says Grayson. "If only there was a way to go inside his head and pull him out. He shouldn't have to experience that again." Jessica sympathizes. "Oh! Oh, I can do that." Says Rose. "What?" Grayson queried. "I can put me and you in his coma and we can find him and then wake him." Says Rose. "There goes our plan."

They appear in a room with a huge table full of empty chairs. "Where have you taken me?" Asks Eris. "This is Knowledge, God King. Where the members of The Old convene." The masked man said. "Enough small talk. King Eris, we have a proposal for you. You have proved yourself to be worthy of this order ever since you defeated that devil Kirolorria. So, I ask you, will you join this order of knowledge and become a member of The Old?" Asks the woman. He considers it for a moment. "Yes, I will be one of The Old." He says.

"Good. Now we can take off these masks." The man said. He took off his mask and walked closer to Eris. "I am Phayor, the last of the Primis. Which you will know about soon enough." He says and shakes his hand. The woman then takes off her mask too. "I am Queen Corlun of Esperia. I hope to do business with you." Says Corlun. "You can come out now! And good job on concealing your magic. I didn't even know you were there." Says Corlun laughing. Another masked woman appeared from the shadows. "I am the leader of The Old. And someone you know." She laughs and takes off her mask. Eris's face first looks astounded, but then a smile appears. "I should've known you're a member, Sylvie."

So here’s the third chapter for volume three! A lot of things will unravel this volume which might be boring but trust me, it’s going to be worth the wait. It’s just all in a matter of time.
