My name is Emilia Radel, and in the year 2042 I lived in an old mansion that had belonged to my family for generations with my daddy, my aunt and three sisters.
I was the last born of my parent's children and my momma got sick and died not long after she gave birth to me. Not long after her passing, my aunt Luna (we called her Nuah) came to take care of us, daddy especially since he had all but fallen apart when my momma died.
I loved my home, Sweet Briar, named after a great great great something of mine, and I loved my family more than I can put into words. But they're gone now, and at night… I can still hear their screams.
I can still hear how they were torn apart by those animals. The Dejahars. I hate them. I hate them so much, and I will kill them. Every last one.
