203 Scheme a Temptation Game

Silence enveloped the room as Cain and Kimmy were left alone inside until their dinner arrived.

The servants placed the food on the coffee table in front of them before they were once again left in the room.

Kimmy had to move and sit beside Cain just so she could serve him before he could even complain about it.

While they were eating, Kimmy decided to break the silence around them by inquiring, "What do you want? Wine? Water or juice?" She pointed at the three drinks that were on the table.

"I'll do it," Cain surprisingly said as he reached out for the bottle of wine.

She blinked a few times as he watched him pour water on both of their glasses. "Thank you…" she muttered.

"What time do you think Cedric will come?" Kimmy asked after they had their fill. 

"He has lots in his plates right now," he simply replied. "All we have to do is wait since it's an urgent matter."
