"Nee Lucina-tan! When we get older. Let's train to protect the country together!" Princess said.

I am.. Erolrin Wenzel's daughter. Papa is an high-elf. He is respected by many.. but they only know the facade he puts on.. no one really knew the real him. I wish I didn't either.

No one also believed that I was his child due to my dark blue hair color and light blue eye color. He has a blonde hair with blue eyes... It's because I got most of my mother's genes.

I often found myself being alone in the darkness, if I try to make friends they would simply run away from me because I'm a "freak".. it's probably because of my dark color scheme.

So, I shut myself. I didn't try to make friends, because I simply gave up. I hated myself, and felt insecure.

But, everything changed when papa introduced me to her... Maphina Seraphine Luktarc... The first princess of Luktarc, the heiress. There were certain rumors about her being a "spoiled brat", so I got scared.

But, the more we hang out more, the more I feel like Maphina-hime was just a misunderstood person.. like me. They always look at the flaws, but never the perfectness about one's character.

They always look what's on the outside, but never the inside.

But, even after that. Maphina-hime never backed down once. She continued her dreams, not caring about what people think. She doesn't give up so easily. And I found myself admiring her.

The more we hang out, the more I found myself liking her, romantically.

Maphina Seraphine Luktarc. My first friend, and my first crush. She inspired me by not giving up.

She started calling me "Lucina-tan"...

No one has ever found me cute.. they always say I was a "dark freak" or a "freak"... But not Maphina-hime. There was darkness surrounded me, but light was brought to my life when she came. I've never been so grateful... I almost felt like crying.

Because of that, my love for Maphina-hime grew much larger... I love her so much that it hurts...

I love her so much that I even forgot what hating myself felt like.

But... Everything went downhill...

"Papa.." I tugged my father's shirt. "What happened? And where are they sending Maphina-hime to?" I asked him.

I saw my father sigh in (fake) sadness. "They.. sent her to The Divine Elisinora Labyrinth..." What... But why? "Why?!!" I exclaimed, "Because she committed treason, my child."

No!! No, no, no, no, no! Maphina-hime isn't that type of person! She oathed herself that she'll protect Luktarc! So why would she commit treason! Maphina-hime is too kind to do that... Not to mention.. Maphina-hime doesn't go outside because she is afraid...

Tears were rolling down my eyes. I quickly ran to my room and curled myself into a ball in my bed. No.. that means... Maphina-hime is going to die... No!

Why did I make such thought?!! It's Maphina-hime! She doesn't back down easily!... I'll.. I'll become a knight and find her someday! I will never give up on her, because I know she won't give up on me either!

"So, Prince Elijah–", "please, just call me Elijah." He awkwardly said.

"Okay.. Elijah. What's your ambition?" I asked him, "To... To defeat the Sovereign of Pride..." Huh. That's quite an ambition kid...

"Pride is one of the most dangerous sin, and I want to finish them off, so no one has to suffer anymore!" Prince said. Mehh.. he is boring. He is probably to weak to do so.

"From the information I've heard... The Sovereign of Pride is also the Celestial Guardian of Elisinora... And the knights said.. uhm. She had crimson red hair and emerald green eyes." Elijah explained as I feel my heart race and my eyes widen...

'Maphina-hime?'

There is only one person who has the kind of color scheme, and it's her.

"Then, let me join you." I requested.. please accept. "Huh? Why?" He asked.. "So.. So I can protect you, yeah!"

"Huh.. I don't see why not! I'll be protect you too!" I saw him make a bright smile.. it's like Maphina-hime's smile...

Here's the plan..

1. I join him with his adventure.

2. Once we find Maphina-hime, I fight with him.

3. I side with Maphina-hime.

4. I will stay and protect Maphina-hime.

5. If possibly.. I'll marry her...

There's no turning back now.
