"Haha!" Feng came down elated, "This place is so cool! Is this where you create songs, Senior Aaron?"
Aaron, after tying his hairs picked the guitar up, "Sometimes when I visit Lahore. I practically live here. However, Karachi's studio is my main atelier. I have one in Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan as well."
"Unbelievable…" Helios whispered.
"Are you that rich?" Adam asked intrigued.
"Pft! Cough!" Elias, Nagi and Evan immediately concealed their laughter.
Aaron, setting the mike and the recorder next smiled. "Rich? Oh dear Adam, I am a wanderer from France used to all the luxury and romance. This is nothing." he exaggerated with a theatrical flair.
Adam gasped, turning to the high schoolers. "Are all of you so wealthy, then?" he inquired.
"What do you mean by wealthy? Most of us are of royal descent," Orion boasted, pushing his hair back proudly.
"Royalty?" Ryan and Feng probed further.
Poseidon, Azazel and Seraph looked at each other in disbelief.
Gabriel stood with his back on the wall, his eyes closed. "Here you go, Aaron." Alan handed him the wires.
"Thank you, my dear." Aaron blew a playful kiss back.
"Nagi is the scion 1of Srour corporate; one of the most competitive corporates around the world making him a young master. Ren is the son of the 3rd wealthiest silk merchant in Pakistan, another young master. Isa is the 2nd son of the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Zachariah is the only son of the exchange rates finance manager, making him the next in line successor. Orion's family is one of the greatest executioners' lineage from Greece, he is their successor. Rauf's mother was a British Duke's daughter. Making him one of the royal blood of Britain Royal family…" Elias counted.
Lou Wang nodded in agreement.
The middleschoolers sat with their mouths agape.
"Are you kidding me?" Ezekiel whispered in disbelief.
"I never knew I lacked so much information on our rivals." Cassiel pushed his glasses up. "This is new." Damian added.
"Wow… you all are practically princes." Xavier stated awed.
"Honestly, I am knocked for six." Seraph rubbed his hairs, unable to express his bewilderment.
"As for Alan, he's also royalty." Nagi dropped another bombshell.
Rauf looked at them silent. Tracing Will climbing up the window, he bended low picking him up in his big hands.
"Alan? Royalty?!" Adam and Mikael pointed at Alan in wonder.
Alan shook his head, "It's just a silly title."
"What do you mean by silly? A title is a title." Noah said.
"What title?" Kenzo narrowed his gaze.
"Lorenzo household or Marquis Lorenzo, the title of the British Royal Marquis, Lorenzo. Richard Lorenzo ever heard of the name?" Nagi asked. "Yeah, the closest Marquis to the British Royal family. Past accounts say that he was the crown prince's best friend and closest aide." Cassiel realized. Seraph, puzzled, questioned, "How do you know something like this, Cassiel?" "I read a lot of history books." Cassiel showed a thumbs up.
"Nidou Rex Lorenzo, if we look at it now… is the current Marquis2 of the Lorenzo household. Even if he doesn't perform his duties or assist the Kingdom in anyway, he is still a royal blood making Alan the future Marquis. Even if they are not blood related he will eventually be entitled once Nidou retires his position." Nagi explained.
SHOCKED!! The middleschoolers remained, while Alan squinted his gaze, his expression stern.
"Oh my dear goodness, even Alan is a prince…" Feng stretched his face in incredulity.
"Where are we?" Azazel questioned himself in doubt.
"At least we are normal." Christopher kept his hand on his heart.
"Is this true?" Ryan asked Alan. Kenzo turned to him curious.
With a casual smile playing on his lips, Alan scratched his temple, expressing an obvious and unconcerned demeanor. "If what they're saying sounds true, then I suppose it is. But honestly, I'm not particularly interested in the title. If I hadn't been adopted, I would have simply remained an orphan," he remarked.
The high schoolers were taken aback by Alan's words, while the middle schoolers stared at him in silence, unable to find a response.
"Just because you're wealthy doesn't mean you should prioritize money or titles. Having a compassionate heart is a far greater quality," Alan asserted.
Rauf tapped his fingers on the window rail, gazing outside in contemplation.
"Alan's absolutely correct," Haruf chimed in, capturing everyone's attention. "Having integrity, kindness, and moral principles is far more valuable than mere wealth."
Gabriel interjected sarcastically, "Yeah, qualities you lot clearly lack."
A heavy silence settled over the studio as the middle schoolers turned to Gabriel, feeling the weight of his words. It was a harsh reality check.
However, unaffected by their reaction, Haruf burst into laughter, soon joined by Elias, Noah, Isa, Senri, and Ren.
"You're right. We're better off with money and titles," Aaron concurred, his words adding to the discomfort of the middle schoolers, who remained awkwardly silent.
"Another one of Alan's secret exposed." Poseidon thought, "Without doubt… he is a mystery within a mystery but to think he's royalty…"
"Ah~ my envious heart. After hearing all this I want to eat something good. The weather is just perfect for fried food." Feng laid down on the floor. Will playing with his hairs climbed over his forehead.
"Hey, why are you sitting on my face, little guy?" Feng picked the rabbit up in his hands, levitating him high. Will's ears perked up.
"Like Pastries and fritters?" Ryan asked.
"Oh don't remind me. I am on a diet." Ezekiel shut his ears.
"Huh? What are you dieting for?" Helios questioned confused.
"Haha…" Alan laughed.
"I want to have chicken roll instead," Adam raised his arm.
"Yeah, nobody has that though," Heber tussled his hairs.
"I feel like drinking soda." Seraph said.
"Yeah, a lemon one." Xavier mentioned his preference.
"I want to have a steak!" Haruf entered.
"Not happening big guy. We have a match after two days." Noah evoked.
"How about a pizza then? Doesn't sound too bad or does it?" Senri asked rotating his phone, "I'll order it a blink of a second."
"And a coke!" Aigou jumped up including.
"No fizzy drinks." Evan rejected.
"Oh come on~!" Ren couldn't hide his disappointment.
"Hey, Rauf what do you prefer?" Isa asked.
Listening to their lighthearted banter, Aaron couldn't help but smile. "I'm glad I invited them," he mused to himself. Taking a seat on a nearby swivel chair, he picked up his electric guitar and gently struck the strings. A delighted smile spread across his face as he produced a melodious note, capturing the attention of the boys in front of him. And so, his song began.
"Care to join me?" he beamed at the highschoolers.
The highschoolers gasped soon nodding. Picking a mike from the nearby mike stand, Senri tossed it to Alan winking. Alan pointed at himself confused while Aaron smiled. "No need to be shy~ Alan~" he sang.
Embarrassed, Alan blinked while Xavier and Aigou chuckled. "Ah~ Ah~ a~~" Aaron sang, closing his eyes, "Ah~ Ah~ a~~" His melodious voice echoing around the room.
Silence befell the room as Alan took a chair beside him continuing, "Curious like a child we discover ourselves~ Regardless of circumstances, day, night or fate we remain indifferent~." His voice light with a warm touch of summer echoed throughout the room. "Unaware, we collide with one another, soaked on a rainy day~ Staring at each other astonished, miracles await~" he continued.
Feng blinked, "His singing…"
"I heard him mumbling back in the mountains. Never thought he had such a mellow voice." Helios praised.
"Aaron taught him how to sing," Zachariah whispered crouching beside them. Pulling his phone out, he filmed their video.
"Right, he taught Alan like crazy. I remember, even Senri didn't took that long to learn. It was such a hard job to teach him," Haris recalled.
"Really? It doesn't look that way." Heber said.
"Why judge the book by its cover? Not everyone is good at everything including Alan." Zachariah replied.
"Won't you join them?" Cassiel pointed at Aaron and Alan.
Zachariah shook his head, "I'm not as skilled in music. Isa is there, after all. That's enough for me."
"Letting the past challenge us~ stepping forward despite being afraid~" Isa continued, settling before the piano as his fingers added notes to the rhythm.
"The sky is our witness, our determination is immeasurable~ our wishes align, our dreams are one~" Aigou added jumping around.
"The rain will pass and the rainbow will reveal~ and from here I'll sing you this song~" Aaron continued.
Ezekiel recognizing the song whispered, "Welcome the new world…"
Drums strumming with the harp and guitar included by Orion, Nagi and Ren. Haruf clapped his hands beside Adam shook the maracas 3chuckling innocently.
"You look as funny as a clown." Heber giggled.
"Haha, Kenzo should play this then." Adam teased.
"Pft!" Seraph, Mikael and Helios laughed. The highschoolers including Alan soon sang in unison.
'You, who are born in this world, are a miracle; its hope~'
'You, who are maturing, persevere, keep on fighting~'
'You, who are desperately struggling, hold onto hope, I am your proof~'
'You, who are shedding tears alone, let me be your friend~'
"You, who will create the future, welcome to the new world~!"
