What's wrong with Helena

Moments before, when Helena fell unconscious.

Louis did not understand with himself. Why he brought Helena into the royal infirmary? Was it because he was too panicked at the time? This was the second time he had carried Helena in an unconscious state, in the middle of the night.

  The officers who were on guard were naturally shocked. Especially seeing Helena with her innocent body only covered by a blanket, and her face also looks pale.

The health worker had put Helena on the bed. They immediately put on the blue pajamas that patients usually wear. And soon, Doctor Akio came in a hurry.

"Let me check on the empress. What's wrong with her?" asked Doctor Akio as he checked Helena's pulse and also Helena's eyes, which were shone by a small flashlight with a bright light.

Louis stood close to Akio, who was still checking on Helena's condition.
