1 alone and well (1)

It was a sunny day and Jay was just waking up after playing on call of duty till 3am so he was a little bit groggy.He slumped out of bed and and walked over to the kitchen were when he opened the fridge.The only thing you could see is sugary sweets and food with the only healthy thing in there being some cheese and a half empty milk cartern.

He grabbed a half eaten chocolate bar and an energy drink he slammed the fridge door closed and slithered over to the tv.He turned it on and it for some weird reason was on the news channel even though he had only been on it two times.The first was when he first got the tv and it was just the first channel on there and the second was to see if he could win one of there money giveaways which he lost.He tried turning it on to the history channel beacuse he liked hearing the crazy things they said and did.But it wasn't changing He tried pressing all of the possible buttons but to no avail and he even unplugged it and plugged it back in.But it was still on the news he though his tv was broken so he just decided to soldier on and actually listen to the news which was hard for a 15 year old.

Jay lived alone with his mom and 3 sisters coming to check on him from time to time the reason he was on his own.Was beacuse he beat up his dad cause his dad had stared abusing his mom after he lost his job.And would occasionally try doing it to Jays sisters but Jay would all ways butt in every time he hit his mom or sisters.Jay was a particularly strong guy but he new his own strength fairly well and could defend himself or win a few fights here and there but for the bits he lacked in strength his intelligence and charisma helped him.

But after his dad came back he started a full blown fight with one of his sister call rose who was only 10 at the time.They were fighting over roses money she got from her friends for her birthday.Jays dad seemed to think he was entitled to the money and tried grabbing of his sister whilst threating her.She walked away and was half was up the stairs when jays dad ran towards her and punched her in the face. Which caused her to fall and hit her head on the wall which made her go into a coma for 3 weeks.

At the time Jay was still at school beacuse he got a detention for telling a teacher he looked like a squid that had just been face fucked by Ronald McDonald.But when he came back 1 hour later he already could guess what was happening when he saw two police cars and an ambulance.He also saw his dad near the front of his house talking to a police officer when Jays dad saw him his dad had a slight grin on his face.Because he though he had gotten away with it but Jay didn't instantly attack him he just walked past him and to his mom.She was crying tears whilst holding his other two sisters they were all balling there eyes out.When his mom saw him she just gave him a face ad if to say she was sorry that she couldn't do anything.He went up and hugged them and asked what happened and not the lie she told police and the ambulance.she said "he..did..it again" she said whilst shaking so he though of a plan it may not seem like a smart plan but it was a plan.He was gonna start an argument with his dad let his dad beat him up a bit then find his dad off.

He proceed to walk a bit in front of his mom to shield then whilst telling them to go in the house.Then started yelling and alluring insults at his dad this worked quite well his his dad didn't even have a fuse it was just full blown rage right from the start.The police were over another house asking question so they couldn't hear them very well so it was perfect he knew however.He had to let his dad get the first few punches in so it looked like self defence and not assault.His dad then Walked up to him and punched him in the face which made him move back a few inches the continued with the insults.

His dad threw 3 more punches and then which the police saw an began running towards them.His dad hee another two punches which then Jay thought was about enough and upper cuted his dad.Which he put all his strength into so it made his dad fall on the ground which at the same time to police arrested.Both him and his dad's and were brought to the police station whilst where they were questioned.When Jay had told them what realy happened they asked the family and his family luckily told the truth.Which his dad the tried to strangle his mom but before he could he was talked by 3 police officers.After that his dad got sentenced to 8 year in prison and Jay had to leave the house by the court even though his family opened against it.

Now it was 4 year later his sister rose was 14 and he was 15 also his other two sisters were amy and Bethany who were 11 and 13 and jays mom was 44.

Luckily for Jay his bastard dad was still going to be in prison for 4 years so by then they would be more grown up and stronger than him.Just in case he did come back since jays family moved out of the house after that incident and moved closer to him.

Whilst Jay was sitting there he heard something on the news that made his ears perk up which was the talk about how the world was being affected by humans.And how they 'estimated' how long it will take to fix but little did they know the same was already done.
