Importance of engineering
what is the importance of engineering for a kingdom? the infrastructure of a kingdom can literally guarantee prosperity and wealth, as the old saying goes, if you want to get rich first build roads, Sóstrato de Cnido is a great engineer, not only the lighthouse but in the future I plan to build roads and new cities in the bay of slaves the main reason for this is cultural identity.

I intend to keep the noble class, the purpose of this is simply there to be a step up, what is the farmer's ambition? what is the ambition of the rich? all humans have ambitions and therefore having noble titles to grant to inventors, scholars, warriors and anyone else who does or creates something useful to the kingdom, of course there will be laws to prevent the nobility from exploiting the poorest, there will also be land limits to each nobleman to prevent a nobleman from controlling many lands.
Guaranteeing agriculture, guaranteeing security and slowly starting public education and of course having a powerful army, these are the biggest points of my future kingdom, talking to Baldwin I have many ideas on how to govern, how to act and how to employ people
