Finally, after many events had passed and a few cards had pointed about it, Ahli finally gazed on the card type [Card Mage]. And even though his existence came to be maybe because his death was quite memorable for Ahli, he was still surprised to see Joe be the one in this new type of card.

Ahli himself saw the card as a rendition of the card type [Master] in the Card Master card game, which, unlike units, is basically an ally with an array of abilities that could be used once per turn to assist the player in combat.
