DIVINE AND CONQUER IV (Ch. 60)

Dennis grins harder while side stepping Yanick's punch his hands coil around his arm like snakes while he twists his torso smashing him head first into the shattered glass,

"It seems even your skull is to tough, doesn't matter though, it's more for the symbolism" Dennis chuckles ducking under a spin kick he lunges for the standing leg Yanick tenses his leg managing to gain a spilt second allowing him to crash both fists down unto Dennis's back who replies with a chuckled groan still holding unto the leg he sweeps Yanick down locking him in place, Yanick ignites Overdrive causing his muscles to bulge with a slight red tint as his eyes go bloodshot and steam gathers, Dennis gives up the lock before an instinctive dodge saves him from Yanick's punch, Dennis body releases force distorting Yanicks perception his fist crashes into Yanick's Adams apple before a quick double sends him reeling, trying desperately to reign in sane control he eventually turns Overdrive off before surveying Dennis's shrouded form keenly, 

"What do you think Yanick?, Still to weak to be playing villain?" Dennis inquires, Yanick remains silent as he watches Dennis as his voice seems to eco from the nonexistent walls around him Dennis heats his frame increasing his physical capabilities before crashing his fist into Yanick's liver, the latter instinctively goes for the block but Dennis's Force invades his body, Yanick circulates his force in his body to fight off the invasive force,

(Another force art!) Yanick growls lunging with a punch only to groan as his head snaps back and eyes goes wide as he feels his knees almost buckle from the move Dennis executes, Kani Basami, Yanick re-ignites overdrive before tensing his thighs and legs to fight against the lock to which Dennis chuckles, his two legs exert more force as one locks against the area just behind and slightly above his knees while the other locks infront and slightly below his knees, Yanick screams as he feels the invasive force rending and rotting the muscles around his knee is eyes go blood shot and his body heats like a furnace steam juts out his pharynx he cocks his arm back to blow but Dennis tightens his core before biting into Yanicks shoulder, Yanick pushes every ounce of Force into his fist then fingers while tightening then crashes his fist against Dennis's face sending him flying several feet and dislocation his shoulder in the process, he drops to his knees the muscles around them to badly damaged to allow him walk as he concentrates majority of his body's force around the area to speed up healing he watches as Dennis rises his smile apparent even from his shrouded form,

"What's wrong?, MY MY THE STATE OF RELENTLESS'S FINEST!" he mocks, the sounds of approaching footsteps draws their attention as they find they're very quickly surrounded,

"And here i thought you'd gotten weaker" a tall teen in shades states while stepping forward,

"You had to wait till this bastard an i fought to grow some balls?" Dennis spat, 

"Orders are orders but i have non stopping me from killing you" the teen states a fist from him forces Dennis block pushing him back five feet Dennis sweeps a roundhouse but the teen blocks barely shifting he catches Dennis by the leg but a flying fist from Yanick crashes into his jaw pushing him back he spits the blood out turning to see Yanick's reddened face catch Dennis by the leg before smashing him into the nearby car windscreen Dennis side-rolls away from the next blow that shatters the windscreen sending shard flying, he ignores the cut on his face as the muscles around his knees tense harder to prevent them from dislocation, Dennis grins lunging for him before quickly changing to a block to defend the teens punch the teen is unable to react in time when Yanicks punch collides with his rips cracking three of them he shouts, Dennis spear's the teen in the abdomen before sending another punch into his liver shocking him momentarily and long enough for Dennis to lock his leg and push every available once of 'Force' into dislocation the leg an abrupt kick to the jaw floors him, Yanick picks the teen who one inch punches his plexus before retreating back only to reel back into a cars bumper from Dennis punch, another blow to his member forces a scream out before Yanick performs a mid air arm lock with his feet destroying the boys elbow as he crashes downward against the ground still holding the lock, Yanick who'd long reached his limit vomits bags of blood as red tears pour out, he watches as the teen screams in agony while Dennis switches to a head lock trying desperately to break the screaming teens neck he forces his ruined body forward before using what little strength he can muster to deliver a blow, Dennis tanks it but remains staunch in his objective tightening his hold instead as his invasive force rots the flesh, a big twist of his hip cracks the teens head to the side, and he drops, Yanick's breath seizes as he watches with shrunken pupils and shaken breaths before loosing consciousness. Dennis coughs blood his weary and long since overheated body gasping desperately for oxygen, the gathered teens begin to move to attack but a flash of blonde hair and a broken neck later and all the assailants charge at Mari who makes short work of them before walking briskly over to the floored teen, she surveys him coldly before exhaling a bundle of steam, 

"You're lucky you didn't kill him" Mari states still looking at the boy,

"I'm not prepared to die yet",

"It's good you know I'd have to kill you" she replies

"But why didn't you interfere with the fight?" Dennis croaks 

"It was both you're feud's to settle",

"And if I'd died instead?"

"That would never happen",

"And if it did?" 

"I'd have killed him" she states simply the usually smiling girl a stark contrast of the emotionless machine looking him down, "i've grown tired of the nonsense, squash the stupid beef or i'll disable you both. PERMANENTLY" she states before taking a seat on a car to the side as the two exist in silence.

      James jumps out of the way as the bike speeds past, Darren slants the bike abruptly before bringing it to a stop he flicks his lit cigarette into the fuel tank before jumping for dear life,

"RAVEN VOSS DIES TONIGHT!!" he shouts with a maddened visage, James is through the fire in a flash to fast in fact for Darren to react when a piece of piping hot metal most likely the bikes exhaust crashes against his and burns his jaw, Darren screams his eyes immediately going blood shot as he swings at James who swings in response while using outforce to divert the punch, 

(This time i'll fight to kill!), James crashes the pipe into Darren's knee while using his opposite hand to release force a d lock his knee in place while the metal connects, Darren barrels into him but James quickly positions the piping pipe against Darren's chest before a one two combo flings his head back to miss the swing of the pipe that reels him, Darren clutches his bleeding face before speeding over the bike and pulling the other amber glowing hit pipe,

"You want a fucking sword duel redhead?, FINE!" he shouts crashing the pipe again James who skillfully deflects is, another blow glances of James's arm but never actually connects as his out Force pushes it back, James lunges at the the gap but Darren accept the pipes blow to his head with maddened eyes before reaching for James with his other hand the latter smile as force diverts Darren's hand but quickly retreats as his pipping hot pipe comes in swinging, Darren spits away the blood forming in his mouth, James's eyes gleam fiercely as he watches Darren's weight rapidly decrease, his eyes widen when Darren seemingly appears before him barely defending the blow through a combination of out Force and his now cooling pipe, James tumbles several feet quickly getting to his feet glancing to the now deformed pipe before turning to see that Darren had disappeared, he runs Force releasing and focusing his maximum output of force backwards while simultaneously turning to accept the strike, the out Force stalls Darren long enough for James to use the pipe to accept the blow that deforms it further, Darren exhales steam before quickly re inhaling it, James even with his arm numb and shoulder strained picks up on this,

(He doesn't have much time!), James congeals majority of the force in his body into his arms before running out Force, Darren strikes to his side but James meets it his concentrated out Force diverting Darren's hit, James capitalises on the gap to attack but Darren shifts attacking with a fist from his free hand which destroys the pipe the two notice someone walking towards them but promptly ignore the hulking mass of human, Darren strikes again and James takes the blow with a guard that forces him several feet back and towards the hulking dark teen who's fist followed by a shockwave destroys James's ribs sending him unconscious instantly, Darren's eyes widen, Tobi punches out from his position and another shockwave ensues Darren furrows his brows but an impact in his chest forces him to his knees as the ground beneath him cracks and he coughs fits of blood, Tobi walks up to him crashing his shockwave fist against Darren's head dropping him unmoving, he makes his way unhurriedly into the complex.
