''Kill them all'' Before Sam could fully summon his soldiers, Nick already gave an order to his own soldiers to kill the children.

''Heh'' Sam snorted,

''Steward, Bodyguard, kill them all''

''Yes my lord'' They both replied

Immediately both jumped into action, The stewards' hand instantly stretched out towards the nearest two soldiers, they were both rank 3 but couldn't defend themselves against the palm coming towards their faces.

Both of their heads crumpled like a tissue, at the same time the bodyguard went straight towards the Rank 5 soldier by Nick's side. The soldier immediately panicked when facing the immeasurable power that flew towards him. He immediately swung his sword infusing the little spiritual power he had collected and swung towards the bodyguard.

However it was a futile attempt of resistance, there was a difference of 5 ranks between the two warriors. The Rank 5 soldier immediately flew backwards smashing into the steps. Blood trickled out his mouth and he was severely injured in a single hit. If it wasn't for the bodyguard having no weapon then he would've been killed instantly.

The bodyguard wasn't in a rush to kill him, he picked up the rank 2 weapon dropped on the floor and slowly walked towards the soldier, occasionally he would swipe the sword and kill the elite soldiers attempting to protect Nick.

''Next time don't offend our lord'' The bodyguard said the final words before he cut down and killed the Rank 5 soldier.

Nick was watching the battle from behind a guard of 10 Rank 4 soldiers with panic in his face. He couldn't expect that a random child he chose as cannon fodder would have such powerful subordinates.

''You… You?? Listen, listen, I can offer you money power women, just please don't kill me.'' Nick hurriedly offered, when he saw the steward and bodyguard cutting their way towards him.

Sam paid no attention however, instead he instructed the assassin to kill the remaining children.

''Yes my lord'' The assassin replied.

The assassin immediately took action cutting the children of the village.

Sam looked cold while watching this, in his point of view the children had nothing to do with him, and no one can stop him taking over this castle.

''Leave Daniel'' Sam still said after a minute. After all, he was the only one who was nice to Sam's predecessor.

The battle was continuing on the side of the steward and bodyguard. For each step they took, another soldier would be cut to death. The soldiers tried their best to run or defend themselves but at the difference of multiple ranks they had no resistance.

Nick saw it wasn't going well and began to run off, but just as he started to run he felt a weird rush of wind that pushed him against the wall. He turned and saw an old man crouched next to Sam, it was the magician he summoned after killing the deputy in the village.

After Nick got knocked down the magician immediately fired multiple balls of fire towards him. He immediately followed that with a quick chant slaying a nearby running soldier with an earth spike. The Magicians casting speed immediately doubled as the special talent 'quick casting' activated.

Using the boosted casting speed the magician began to bombard Nick with a meter high waves and half a meter large fireballs repeatedly. Nick looked embarrassed right now, his clothes wear seared and his body was covered in small and large injuries. But there was a 2 rank difference between the magician and Nick after all so it wasn't a quick battle.

But at the same time the steward and bodyguard has successfully killed all 51 of Nick's guards. And surrounded him from all sides.

At the same time Sam received a familiar system prompt

'Good harvest, much better than hunting monsters in the forest'

Sam looked at the summons with fire in his eyes. Currently he has very little subordinates that he can use. After all he can't always rely on just two rank 10 subordinates.

Thinking of this Sam turned towards the shivering Nick on the floor. He had lost all previous disdain towards Sam as he was a village child. He fully recognised that this little child in front of him was someone even his father would have to respect if he met him.

Sam looked down on him mockingly, just minutes before Nick was planning on killing him with the rest of those village children so Sam was definitely not going to let him live.

''Kill him'' Sam said indifferently as he turned around and started walking towards the thrones.

Sam was too excited to pay attention to the system prompt because he was slowly approaching the lords throne in the very centre.

Each step towards the throne put increasing pressure on Sam. Sweat started to fall down his forehead, his legs were shaking.

Immediately, the pressure pushing against Sam started to slowly reduce. Sam quickened his steps until he finally managed to sit down on the throne.

He felt an unfamiliar feeling flow through his body, it must be from the concentration ability. But before he could go into more detail about this he heard a familiar sound.
