" That bitch kept a diary?", he asked in utter surprise. "Yeah, Hailey kept a diary. So I'm also going to charge you to court for murder of Miss Harvey Hailey and use of illegal drugs", Sam said. " I have a right to call for a lawyer also, don't I?" Fred asked confidently. "Yes, you do, Mr Fred Stephen", Sam smiled and turned to leave. Fred shouted behind him as he leave, "I may do drugs but I'd never kill a human", which made Sam asked himself, " Who killed Hailey? ", he returned to his office and met Emily who suggested they carry out an autopsy on Hailey to stop disturbing themselves any further.

Sam sent a message to the forensic team who took up the process of the autopsy and after 3 days, the result came out and it baffled Sam and Emily whole lot, the result of Hailey's autopsy says the cause of the death was brain tumor. Sam remembered he read in Hailey's diary that since the day Fred broke bottle on her head, she's been having series of serious headache which she said she'll go to the hospital for but her serious schedule didn't allow her. Sam asked for a CT scam be carried out on Hailey's head which confirmed there was a very big clot in her head.
