Chapter 206: Its Name Is Muramasa

Because of the materialization of Zanpakuto, his moves were somewhat different from those of Toshiro, but the similarity was that the type of techniques were the same. What's even more, because Hyōrinmaru being the materialized form of the Zanpakuto itself, he could perform these techniques just by raising his hands and feet and even unleash those powerful skills with minimum amount of action.

The ice mist was about to cover Sui Feng when Mazuru's body flickered suddenly. He hugged Sui Feng, protecting her petite body in her arms.

Then the ice mist swallowed the two of them and condensed them into ice sculptures.

Toshiro's complexion changed, but then he saw crimson light flickering again, and a crimson slash was spit out, smashing all the ice crystals into dust.

"Are you all right?"

Mazuru asked Sui Feng who was in his arms, Sui Feng blushed a little and nodded her head, "I'm fine!"

Hearing her positive answer, Mazuru let go of her.

His figure suddenly disappeared again, but this time it was not with Shunpo, but with the help of the red thread suspended in the air. He used the spacial transfer ability of his Shikai, making it look just like arrancar's Sonído.

Hyōrinmaru didn't say a word. He watched Mazuru who came to his side and the ice dragon around his body moved, and in an instant, "Ice dragon's breath" was released, and the cold mist shrouded Mazuru in it.

However, the next moment, Mazuru's figure suddenly disappeared and appeared on the other side of him.

Toshiro attacked Hyōrinmaru while listening to Mazuru's words.

To learn Bankai, one first need to materialize the Zanpakuto in their inner world, and then master Bankai by defeating it and making it submit.

The current Hyōrinmaru, for some reason, had materialized into the reality, so all he needed to do was to defeat Hyōrinmaru in the real world.

If it was before, even if Toshiro had already mastered Bankai, it would not be so easy to defeat Hyōrinmaru again, but now, Hyōrinmaru had been injured by Mazuru, and he's reiatsu had weakened.

Mazuru explained, "I told you earlier that Hyōrinmaru had materializes into reality and attacked you because of the influence of a certain Zanpakuto. It's because by the recent incidents I also remembered something that happened in the past."

"This Zanpakuto I am talking about is called Muramasa."

"Muramasa?"

Toshiro was stunned for a moment, and then immediately said to Mazuru, "I noticed some movement coming from here earlier, so I rushed over and saw a strange man with a pale complexion. Could it be that Muramasa is his Zanpakuto?"

After going through Aizen's incident, and even facing the outrageous Zanpakuto which had the power of complete hypnosis, someone having a certain Zanpakuto which could make other Zanpakuto materialize and betray their own master, Toshiro thought it was quite acceptable.

"According to your description, he should be Muramasa himself." Mazuru responded.

"He is Muramasa? But sensei, you clearly said that Muramasa is a Zanpakuto?" Toshiro asked back, and then he was stunned again. 

'If Muramasa can make the other Zanpakuto materialize into reality and betray their master, then for Muramasa being able to materialize himself is not a strange thing.'
