Chapter 51

　　Aria's perspective

　　I stretched my arms when I woke up. My body felt sore as if I had slept for a century. I glanced around the bed, and Neon wasn’t there.

　　He said he was gonna join me in the bed after I had taken my drugs but he wasn’t there, I wasn’t even sure he came back to the room after he left me.

　　I untangled my body from the covers and yawned.

　　My eyes caught the clock on the wall. It was past five. I pushed the curtains on the window aside, and watched the yellow light fading out of the clouds.

　　I took in a deep breath limped out of the room, and decided to get a warm bath. I soaked myself in the bathing tube and played a song on my phone. It was my favorite song by Sza.

　　I moved my head slowly and stayed in the bathroom for a long time.

　　I came out after a couple of minutes with Neon’s robe and a towel on my head. I opened Neon’s drawer to take out a lotion, and my hand touched something.

　　I took it out of the drawer and placed it on the table.
