Dad watched me sympathetically and placed his hand on my shoulder.
"Son… Don't say that. You are trust worthy" Dad said.
"I am not dad. Aaron doesn't think so. He thinks I am always trying to hurt him or hurt those close to him. But I am not like that, dad" I said defending myself.
"Listen to me Jonathan…" Dad started. "I'll tell you everything" He added. I looked up at him curiously.
"Actually Agnis is indeed Megan's friend and Aaron brought her here and that is true. She is on her vacations" Dad said. I didn't expect him to lie to me.
"Dad… How long are these vacations?" I asked in frustration.
"I don't know son… Aaron once told me that she is completing her research study or something" Dad said the same thing as Dalis. I looked at him and sighed but didn't reply.
