Himiko Toga and her other villain lackeys decided to rob a jewelry store. It was one of the richest jewellery stores in Musutafu Japan. There was a massive amount of security guarding the place, but Himiko Toga and the rest of the villains stealthily killed them, alerting no security alarms.

Himiko Toga was about to steal the most expensive stone in the city. It was in a casket in the middle of the store she walked up to it ready to take however she heard a noise. She quickly turned around and to her surprise her lackeys were all unconscious?

"You know...it was a good attempt" A voice announced

Himoka looked to where the voice was coming from and what she saw was a boy wearing() leaning on a wall. "Yoo..."

Himoka scoffed, luckily it wasn't a hero, so she was not really worried. She slightly let down her guard. "And who are you supposed to be?" Himoka asked with a bored expression on her face.

"Kid Flash... Fastest boy alive" The teen said with arrogance.

Himoka crossed her arms, "So what now? Are you going to turn me in to the authorities? Make me see the error of my ways"

"Hmm...Yeah, something like that though I thought maybe I could get to know you first." Kid flash then flashed out the room then back in and knelt down in front of Himoka with domino's pizza. "Want a slice?"

Himoka let out a sigh and turned her back on him and started walking off. "Whatever..."

Kid flash stood up and pointed at the unconscious villains. "Why did you even decide to become a villain anyway your way smarter than those losers, I knocked out"

Himoka stared at the ceiling. "Because I want a society, a society where I get to live freely, "

"What do you mean?" Kid flash responded in a confused tone.

"You'll never understand"

"I can try to...if you let me help you"

Himoka thought for a couple of seconds. "But...Where will I go? What will I do?" Himoka said reenacting a damsel in distress.

Kid Flash approached her and look her in the eyes "Come with me, I can protect you"

Himoka shakes her head "No, it's too late for someone like me"

"It's never too late. Trust me, " Kid Flash then pulled out his hands for her to grab.

Himoka stared at Kid Flash's hand for a couple of seconds She did a thinking pose then decided" Actually thanks but no thanks"

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Kid Flash was unexpectedly hit with an attack. He was hit all the way back. Minutes later he quickly got up and to his surprise the Himoka was gone. Police soon arrived at the scene.

'Damn, the cops are here. I'm not trying to be a vigilante but I guess I can't be stopping crime without a hero license.' And just like that Kid Flash blitz awayed.

As Kid Flash went through his house door, he saw the Flash sitting on his living room couch drinking a cup of tea,He laid the cup down on the table. "Hey Champ"

"What happened, Henry?" Kid Flash asked curiously. He knew it was important if he showed up."

"You know how I said I got you a recommendation at UA. Well, you'll never guess it. Your in and your starting tomorrow!" Henry Cheered with excitement.

"Wow, really?" Welly wasn't really surprised Flash was the second best hero under All Might. He could be first but being in the spotlight and being number 1 really wasn't his style.

Barry walked in front of Wally and patted his shoulder "Yep. Let them know Wally... Let them see your potential."

Wally went to class 1A as he went through the door. There were interesting looking people there. Wally then noticed a cute girl seated at the back of the class, She had long black hair that tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face and onyx eyes that point slightly inwards, which seems to resemble a cat.This was the most beautiful girl Wally has ever since. He wanted to introduce himself to her as soon as possible, but as he was about to flirt with her, a boy with glasses appeared in front of him.

"Hello my name Lida nice to meet you" Lida let out his hand for a handshake.

Wally shaked his hands, kinda annoyed he stopped him. "Okay my names Wally"

As Lida was about to go deeper in conversation, the class door opened.

"My name is Aizawa"

Aizawa was wearing bandages around his shoulder and all black clothes."I'll be your homeroom teacher. First of all, this is not a game so for you all people thinking this course is going to be a walk in the park I recommend you all go back home. Today we're going to do a quirk apprehension test"

"Everyone put these tracksuits on and meet on the field." When Aizawa said that, everyone went to the locker room to go change.

First, test is the 50-metre dash. Wally had a huge grin on his face, knowing the first test is about speed.

As it started Kid Flash did over a million laps around the field all the spectators in the class stared wide eyed at Kid Flash.

"Damn your really fast man like really really fast . Congratulations on winning!" Lida said as he bought out his hand for a handshake.

Wally gladly shaked his hands and responded with a devilish smirk on his face."Oh don't flatter. I mean what can I a say I used to play a lot of racing games when I was younger maybe that helped"

"He thinks he's so cool!" Bakugo said and moved away from the scene

'wow he's really fast i never knew a human could even move like that!' a stunned Midorya thought

Aizawa saw this but just proceeded to say the results. "Wally you were so fast the timer didn't even register. Tenya Lida 3.21 seconds"

Test 2 grip strength. Wally score was 300 kilograms

Test 3:Standing long jump.

(Class POV)

Everyone who was seeing Wally breeze through tests as if it was second nature was astounded. They never have seen a human being that strong except Flash and All Might.

Todoroki was internally fuming with anger. Not only did someone up him in all the tests but. Todorki also did some talking with students and found out Wally also got in on a recommendation. He couldn't ignore this. 'Hmph. I don't care if my dream will still become reality I will freeze everything that gets in the way of that dream and never succumb to my left side...'

The next test was the ball throw test. Ochako had gravity, so she had it easy. There's also Izuku who was about to use his quirk but Aizawa stopped him just before he threw. Then after putting some power in his fingers.

Wally turn was up next. He grabbed the ball and threw it with all the power he had…'I swear the ball must've gone in the universe with all that power.'

(All Might PoV)

'So that's the power of Flash sidekick, huh? I expected him to do great but this fully goes beyond my expectations. He's definitely got the skills to be a pro hero'

All might nervously bit his nail and look at a certain green-haired boy.

'Izuku you're going to have to work really hard if you want to be the best with all this great competition around here..,

After the all tests, Aizawa rounded up all the students and gave the scores.

First place: Wallace Rudolph West II (Wally West)

Second place: Momo Yaoyorozu

Third place: Shoto Todoroki

Fourth Place: Katsuki Bakugo

Fifth place: Tenya Lida

Aizawa told everyone that got low scores that he was lying about expulsion, and it was a ruse to draw out the full extent of our quirks.

"How did you guys not know it was a lie? It should've been obvious if you actually thought about it" Momo said while looking at the others. Mostly me Todoroki and Bakugo really didn't even care because we knew we would score high enough.

Aizawa begins to announce, "well we're done here. There are handouts with curriculum and such in the classroom so when you get back to look over them" As he's going away he stops in front of Midorya and says go to the nurse and get his arms fixed.

Just before everyone was about to go to the locker room to get changed I stopped Momo In her tracks "Hey Momo! Congrats on getting second place! I knew you would get a good score, but second, that's crazy." I said while standing in front of the brunette.

"Hmm? oh thanks, Wally." Momo was kinda blushing at my compliment. Congrats on you becoming first place as well. You definitely surprised everyone. Well, I got to go get changed now. Cya tomorrow!" Momo said while running off.

'Well, time to get changed as well' When I was in the lockers changing.
